Tous Les Jours, mon amour! I am so happy to see a place like this open here! A lover of fine desserts, I was beyond excited when I heard a new bakery had come to town! However, I did not expect the freshness and absolutely fabulous treasure my mother and I came to discover! My eyes were lit up upon entering, seeing a very clean yet astounding arrangement of pastries, sweets, breads and in such a pleasing way! It was my first visit (and certainly not my last), as I do hope to try so many more things! I myself had almost one of every flavor of macaron (which is highly convenient and quite lovely that you can order either an assortment of 7 or 14 of unique flavors of your choice, I going with the latter amount), a warmed, savory kimchi croquet and half a slice of orange cream cake (that had fresh chunks of orange between its layers) and half of a small yuzu pie I shared with mom, with a unique tea I ordered that blends Orchid and Oolong (in order to keep my palate clean between each piece)! Other than what was mentioned already, mom had hot chocolate (made with actual milk and cream), some spicy sausage pastries, honey toast, soft honeydew melon bread (with melon cream) and a custard bun to go! We knew that we were coming in to have a rather large tasting and are beyond pleased, portions perfect and prices reasonable! Mom's already set her eyes on a cake for her birthday in May! I also look forward to occasion-based and limited time/seasonal treats and more teas! The staff were all very kind and friendly and I have set Tous Les Jours as one of my favorite places to go! I've been coming here since it opened, in great neck neighbors open Korean bakery called Tous les jours and this location bakery store is not good quality of service and drinks compare to any other tous les jours in other locations.

and every time I come, I've been disappointed because the bread is dry, but I've never said anything. Today, I had a child studying next door, so why not I ordered cold vanilla latte and hot cappuccino. but it came out lukewarm for cappuccino and I was disappointed because of something is very creamy and unusual taste though because of not hot enough.

Again I like the vanilla latte cold, so I ordered it iced, but it seemed to taste bad, so I couldn't drink it, can't able to drinkable and it wasn't the taste I was used to. When I asked if I could just exchange the vanilla latte for regular coffee, and dont need worry about less price for the coffee if can switch to coffee once I already paid.

the Chinese woman said I had to pay and buy it again and didn't care about the bad vanila latte She said they couldn't change it unless i need to pay for the black coffee so I had no choice but to throw it away. It seems like only for money and dont care about after you paid items good or bad.

This is my first experience with a place where I received service that said they didn't know how to say sorry or served bad quality drinks and asking for me to pay for the new order if i want to instead of saying anything for after selling a vanilla latte that tasted bad.

Terrible management team. Employees do not receive any of the tips earned during their shift, with the owners taking a large share. A friend of mine worked there and had her employment terminated without any formal notice or explanation. This is not an individual case as the managers continue to hire new workers, essentially firing the old workers without notice or proper reasoning by no longer giving them new working hours. When contacted about this termination or future work scheduling, the managers would often ghost the employee or leave the messages on read. On the rare occasion they did respond, they would say they don’t have a work schedule at the moment, however this would repeat and no schedule would be given for a span of over 4 weeks.
