Marshalls — Attraction in Town of Ramapo

Never gonna ever attempt to spend my money here again I was about to spend I think it probably would’ve been $150 -$200 so anyways I’m in the isle waiting for my bf to come back to me with whatever hoodie he was gonna get and then I opened up this hello kitty brush set I was gonna buy I wanted to feel the brushes to make sure they were gonna be high quality for $20 I’m touching them then this huge black lady comes up to me and basically accused me of trying to take the brushes when I have a cart full of makeup supply and all hygiene stuff she tells me what am I gonna do now and I explained to this huge lady that I was just feeling the brushes and I was gonna pay she then goes oh really feeling right and she told me well you can leave now I told her I was just abt to go up to pay she then also told me I was throwing stuff all around the store bc I placed an eyeshadow palette I didn’t want on a shelf and a piece of paper that came off one of my makeup items I didn’t know which one so I just put it on the shelf so she grabbed both those items since she was grabbing stuff I asked her if she could take the black hello kitty brush set since I was only gonna get the white one I opened and not the black one hence why the black one was completely sealed.. and she told me no but you can go to the front of the store now so I walked w my cart to the makeup section to go place the brushes back but she wanted to follow me over the makeup section as well and so now I’m thinking to myself why am I about to spend $200 at a store that just told me I’m stealing and to leave so I left my cart in the makeup section all of my items I left everything because you’re not gonna sit there and try and accuse me of something when I’m about to spend $200 out my paycheck...

I usually have a good experience shopping at this location until today 9/14/18. After finding some items, I directed myself to the fitting room with my cart. The person that is supposed to be helping me set a fittting room and count my items, yelled at me the moment I stepped in with my cart. Giving me order wanting me to do HER job!!! The ruddest person I have ever encounter. She started talking to me in another language, then English and embarassing me in front of other costumers. I said to her I was a cstumer and that she was not supposed to treat a costumer like that, to which she repplied she didn't care and threatening me to call a manager, so I said to her: Please call a manager I would like to speak to one, and she still repplied she did not care!!! It was 5:40 pm. The women (named Rosa) refused giving me her name. I spoke to one of the managers available, which was very nice and understood the situation and apologized. If anybody from Marshalls in Nanuet reads this coment, please verify the cameras. So u can identify the way workers...

Today, my sister and I came in to get a few things for our trip. And Marshall has an array of things, and of course, we fell in love with some new season items and we need someone to take them off of the lock. Brianna was passing by to do a luggage price check. She humbly said she would Return. And when she walked back with the Price to go back to the register and handle, the customer two more people came by that needed help with releasing coats. I saw someone else ask her when she came out of the employee room but of course she said oh no no I’ll get someone from the front. Sure enough as I’m walking to see if I can get somebody to help us. Here comes Brianna so thoughtful of her she came and she took all the jackets and as company policy is she put them in the front so then we got to the registered they would be waiting for us.this is definitely short. Can’t question any of that but what I will say is when you find people like Brianna that are so humble and kind and always willing to help. She’s definitely a star...
