The general manager here āDeeā is extremely rude and has combative customer service, My sister (18 ) who has a black card and has registered my other sister (14) as her guest, They were told that a parent has to sign a waiver once and show proof they are the parent by bringing a birth certificate only once, in order for the 18yo to bring the 14yo and workout together. They have both have been going with no issues but Dee interrupted their workout and started ARGUING with them that a parent has to accompany the 14yo at all times. While this may be true, To our and their knowledge we were told it was ok when opening the membership and hadnāt had any issues until today. Instead of calmly explaining the situation and offering other solutions, Dee began to laugh in my sibling faces while shaking his big head repeating āits just policyā. No apologies for the miscommunication when they opened up the membership, or any type of courtesy. Of course my sister (18yo) gets frustrated when she is trying to explain she was told different and he began to laugh in her face causing her to get angry. She asked to cancel the membership for the attitude and miscommunication and he just goes āGLADLY I will cancel your membershipā as if it was her fault for the miscommunication. Turns out the 14yo can even workout by herself if she signs up for the summer program, Which he did not offer or present anytime, He only presented a terrible demeanor towards them and painted them out to be the bad guys. My sister along with other family members who go to this location told me that he usually has a rude presence towards them. Specifically, the membership restricts access to a maximum of ten visits per location, excluding one's designated home gym.
This location has provided the worst customer service Iāve experienced at any Planet Fitness and the weirdest. For example, during one visit, I noticed someone pacing near my shower stall. When I opened the curtain, I saw him watching me shower? When confronted, he claimed he was looking for his phone and tried to hand me a pair of boxers he believed were mineāwhile he was also unclothed. I immediately reported the incident to an employee at the front desk named Jason. Jason then claims that was his friend and that he was just looking for his phone. I said, "I witnessed something else, and who looked for their phone naked at a public gym?"
A week later, Jason brought up the incident again unprompted and showed me a photo of feces in a shower, which I found extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. I was very unpleased.
"Jason consistently initiates unsolicited conversations with me each time I visit, which has made me increasingly uncomfortable. "Last night, Jason exhibited a disrespectful attitude toward me when I was unfamiliar with the policies for 10 visiting a non-home gym.

She didn't make any sense, she was criticizing me for voicing legitimate complaints. She does not deserve the title for manager her customer service is extremely poor! So I've been a member there way before she had a job there, she will have to answer for why she unethically, contacted me the member on my cell phone & blatantly accused me of nonsense.
