Beautiful store, weird cross branding made an uncomfortable experience for my family and staff. Among sushi shaped erasers, glitter pencil cases and novelty items my husband picks up what he assumes is an open, ready for use, pencil sharpener only to be told it is “an embossing gun that blows hot air up to 500 degrees”. Um, ok. Then my son attempts to blow up a latex balloon out of an under three foot tall, open display, which we are told we must pay for, which is fine, but of course they keep the ten dollar latex balloons closest to the ground and most kid accessible. Don’t let the sparkly, elementary school age toys and writing implements fool you, this is a stationary store for fun grandmas sans grandchildren and whimsical lady bosses, not kids. Great, but I wish the front did not look like an actual toy store. Staff was really helpful in pointing out how we were bothering their things. ...
Read moreThis place seems like it should be named something different. Its alot more like a gift shop. I got my father's day gifts here. For my Father and my son's Dad. I also picked up a "Chakra journal" "mindfulness dice", bath salts and bombs. Gosh darn lovely. Gift shops at air ports are pretty much my alllll time favorite place to pick up gifts. But sadly I haven't been able to get on a plane in years!!! Probably a decade. =( so I havent been able to go to anything like that. But I hope in time I can get on a plane. I love heights, I love flying.
Sorry off topic completely, my point is this shop is one of a kind. Super special come check it out and get a gift for someone you love, that includes yourself!! It's not selfish to give to yourself. If you don't give to you. Then who will?

I selected several cards and went to the counter with my wallet out and waited to complete my purchase. The two employees had moved over by the cards and continued their conversation.
