PIMA COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT IS NOT A COURT OF LAW IT IS A CORPORATION FILED WITH THE SECRETARY OF STATE UNDER UNITED STATES CORPORATIONS! As Attorney General kris mayes, previous Mark Broknovich, CLERK of pima county superior court Gary Harrison,Presiding Judge Jeffery T Bergin, Cynthia t Kuhn Douglas Mitchell, Casey f mcginley, Kellie L Johnson, David Ostapuk, santa cruz county commercial superior court Thomas Fink and a total of 17 fiduciary Judges and the state of Arizona, department of economic security have failed to provide any factual burden of proof or instrument showing I owe the obligation/debt they say I owe as all fiduciary Judges have failed to provide and show factual proof of an injured person or damaged property or any factual burden of proof that I was lawfully served violating due process!But have unlawfully extorted money from me acting in a fiduciary capacity committing cestui que trust social security trust fraud! And have refused me right of justice to be heard in court by a Judicial Judge under thier oath of office! As I have even served the court notice to courts under special appearance demand burden of proof of debt or burden of proof of injury in fact caused by defendant myself an challenging to prove proof of evidence of Jurisdiction! 1- Not a highly advanced inf rastructure or road system to attend the court house. Limited parking spaces and transportation issues to attend the court facilities. This is also not a n easy commute and not a bike friendly area.

2-Ineffective check-in system to enter the court house. Whether you are visiting for a civil matter or atte nding jury duty or any other related court function, you may find yourself standing in line for 45 mins outside the courthouse (shine, cold or rain).

3- Health and sanitary issues. The court is begging for facility upgrades, but even facilities with a lower maintenance and operations budget keep their facilities clean! Please, please clean the toilets. Every time I have visited this court, the toilets are overflowing and there is literally poop everywhere . You cannot find one hand sanitizer station and with the space being elbow to elbow during peak hours I suggest you wear...

Well, I'm not sure where to start. I talk no negative about anything or one , bu t , this place needs to get it's act together. Too many chiefs and no indians. All the ladies are divas I guess because they hold a governmental secretary job , and come to think of it , so do the males. Everyone has/had an attitude. Like it's my fault they have to "work". And everything I inquired about was pushed onto another employee who knew nothing about what I needed. Misdirected , misinformed , mistreated and confused because they made me feel like I'd done something wrong. I'm calling the governor's office to see if they can help. Any other suggestions ?!?! LMK And how yhey have a 4 star rating is beyond me....
