Jeremy at the Tukwila mattress Depot was very helpful. I called and explained what I needed for a certain kind of mattress. The apartment I live in I told Jeremy that I have had to buy 3 different kinds of mattress and every one of them has not helped with my husband and my back and other issues. When I arrived I told him my name and he already had a mattress picked out for us. We tried 5 different mattress and he was kind, patient and very helpful. My husband and I were very pleased with how Jeremy helped and explained what the mattress would help with our back and hip pain. He had us also try pillows, because I have herniated disc in my neck so he said he’d order them I can’t wait. We only had to wait 3 days for our mattress. It hasn’t arrived yet, but will be coming in 2 days. My husband and I highly recommend Mattress Depot....

Save yourself multiple trips and just buy here. My Bf and I recently bought a townhouse and needed a new mattress for us and for our guest room. We got one originally from Costco and it RUINED my back. We returned it and came here.

The person working was so cool and real (not my normal experience buying mattresses). We really didn’t want to spend too much money but still wanted some quality and he respected that. My bf wanted to check out some other places because he saw somethings online so we went to another place and checked it out. It was not as advertised. The guy was totally trying to sell us something we did not want, wasn’t listening to us and even followed us out the door as we were leaving.

Where do I begin. Daniel and his staff were absolutely wonderful. They exceeded our expectations and gave us a heartwarming sincere "good all American" experience where the customer is made to feel special. The quality of the beds were found better than promised. We needed to get out of the hotel and sleep on our beds in our new hone. Daniel made it happen without taking advantage of us.

Furthermore, we needed advise on my husband's snoring issue and sure enough educated us and recommended the best solution.

On top of that, we happened to forget to order the metal frames and believe it or not, Daniel delivered them to our house in his LEXUS car almost at 9pm the same evening.

Daniel deserves everyone's business, and will certainly get ours and everyone we know from now on.
