Both myself and my wife were extremely annoyed by one of the security people from TenSeven security. This appears to be the security company employed by the Tulsa hills shopping center. I needed to pull off the road for a few minutes to make an important phone call so I pulled into the Belk parking lot. One of the security people circled our car multiple times in the few minutes I was on the phone and then proceeded to park behind my vehicle. We were one of the only people in the area we parked and the security person circled just our vehicle. I’m guessing he was running my plates or something. I could tell he was doing something on a computer on the passenger side of his vehicle after he parked. The entire situation was extremely frustrating. I can’t imagine how we did anything worthy of suspicion in the 5 minutes we spent in the parking lot. The only thing I can think of is that because we own a fairly nice car the security person must of incorrectly assumed after looking at us that the vehicle was stolen or something. This is really just a word of caution to people who might want to shop at the Tulsa hills shopping center. You will be perceived as a potential wrongdoer by literally parking in the parking lot. Read moreCame into Belks to return 2 throes due to delivered out of wrapping and just stuff in pkg. Online customer rep send return slip however I couldn't retrieve. Sales clerk nice however refused to give me receipt that I brought throws back to store for proof of return, took at least 30 min with her manager sending message of they couldn't give me proof of return, I also told them online customer service rep told me I could mail back or return to store however I was told through message from manager who never appear to talk to me. 2 other sales clerks came and were no help. Clerk was left to deliver message that I couldn't return because out of packaging and no price tag to 1 throw. Which was the reason I was returning throws since they were delivered that way. Finally able to get money returned with receipt after 30 min of requesting. Manager never came . I canceled with online rep new order if throws, and Finally got receipt for money return. Let Clerk know and online customer rep that I wouldn't be shopping at Belks again after the terrible way I was treated by manager who wouldn't come out to help me but put that onto Clerk who was new but nice. No apology from store manager. Apology from online customer service rep. Poor in-store manager who never showed face. Done shopping at Belks period online or in store. On the first day, and me second time going in this store, I was looking at the boots. It was my kids, my husband, another customer and I. The person working the floor on the shoe department gave me 0 knowledge while the customer sitting across from me received a greeting and a “let me know if you need help.” I decided to leave after the same employee kept making negative remarks and gestures at my kids who were being kids under the supervision of my husband. I grabbed my stuff and left.
I came back the next day because I really liked the boots I saw and I had two pairs ready for purchase. I went over to the cashier by the men’s department and she had a customer waiting there before me. So, I told her it’s okay I can wait, well this cashier took it very seriously making me wait 15 minutes after she was done scanning their items and paid for. When I told her I was still here and I got tired of waiting and I was going to another cashier instead of helping me she kept taking to the customer she has already helped instead of myself. This is the worse customer service I’ve experienced at a place where there was about theee shoppers in the entire store. It...
