I would give 0 stars if I could.
(TL;DR...man threw things and screamed at us while delivering furniture. Bad customer service)
My mother recently purchased a sectional here and we love it. The only thing is that the velcro on the bottom of the cushions was sewn on incorrectly and a bit of the fabric on 2 cushions was frayed. Not a huge deal, but when you spend that amount of money, you want to make sure the item you receive is in perfect shape. The gentleman that delivered the couch THREW one of the pillows and was very angry about the velcro being incorrect. He was angry at the factory, not us. But it was still alarming to have a stranger act like that in our home. But he did offer to replace the cushions and we really appreciated that.
It was then a guessing game on when he was actually going to come back because we waited 2 different days when he said he would be here and never showed. We didn't even receive phone calls to change the time or apologize. We had to call to find out what was happening and the woman we spoke with was short with us, saying that he has deliveries and customers. And while we understand that, he also needed to deliver to us and we were customers as well. Once again, when you spend that much money, you should AT LEAST be receiving decent customer service. Which we did not.
Finally we were told that the gentleman was going to deliver the cushions at 8am, when he wasnt supposed to work until 9:30 or 10. And we appreciate that he was doing that, since we had been blown off multiple times at this point. He showed up around 8:20am with the new cushions. The velcro was fixed, but cushions were still frayed from being caught on the velcro that was in the wrong place before it was fixed. The man proceeded to say that he "bent over backwards" for us and this is the best we're going to get. And I understand if theres nothing else that can be done but again, horrible customer service.
Now we are already unhappy at this point but then the worst of all happens. My mom once again mentions the fraying on the bottom of the cushions and the man yells, "listen lady I'm here at 8 in the morning on my birthday so I dont want to here anything else from you!" Legitimately YELLING at my mom in our house. I was in the other room and immediately went in there because his tone sounded very threatening and dangerous and I asked him to leave.
We are not unreasonable people and we are not complaining about the couch quality. We do love the couch and we're keeping it. We understand that things happen in factories that were not the companies fault and we appreciate their attempt to rectify the situation. But it is absolutely not okay for that man to first throw something and then scream at a customer in their own home. Just overall garbage customer service from every person we talked to.
So as far as furniture goes, we like it and it's comfortable and very good quality, minus some defaults that might happen in the factory. A bit overpriced compared to others we've found since purchasing this one, but not too bad.
But the customer service is the worst. Will absolutely not be returning as a customer and we will be recommending that others don't shop there either....
