With the end of the pandemic, one would think folks would be settling down. Not so at this Burger King. Here's what happened tonight around 5 pm. My buddy and I stopped by before going shopping at Walmart in Tumwater. We do this often. While service has NEVER been stellar, it was down right insulting tonight. The car before us apparently put in a $108.00 order. I did not see that much food handed to the customer. But what it did was make us wait a long time. When we first pulled up we were told they would be right with us. A full 5 minutes later, we started asking if they were going to take our order. The voice said harshly to give them a second. My buddy said that it's been over 5 minutes. A different voice came on yelling at us to never cuss at his employee. We're both practicing Christians. We do NOT cuss at people! When my buddy explained that he had not cussed, the voice said to pull up so they could take our order. By this time, we had NO desire to eat there. When we got to the window, I asked for the owners name and number. They would not give it to me. Instead giving me a receipt with the local number on it. Then he told us to get the F#%@ off his property and never come back! He cussed at us several more times when he noticed I was recording his tirade. This Burger King will never get another penny of our money. The lack of training is transparent. The owners should be ashamed! Poor, poor service tonight....
Read moreSo about a week ago I went to this Burger King and was in line for 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru and the line didn't even move so I left.So tonight we tried again it took 10 minutes just to get up to the order area. There seem to be a problem with the car ahead of all of us but I am not sure long story short I was in drive-thru for 25 minutes from the minute I got there till I got my order, it seemed like there was only the one working drive-through and the cook and the one working drive-through seem to be struggling with the fact that they were staying busy they need more help. I always seem to get an attitude from the person running drive-through and tonight was no exception when I ordered I stated more than once that I did not want a soda even though it came with my meal but when I got up to the window he tried to hand me a coke and I told him its not mine because I said I didn't want one he preceded to say I did and continued to argue with me, I usually get an attitude every time I go through drive thru by the way I'm not the only one that has had attitude problems my good friend had a bad experience couple weeks ago. I believe I will be looking for someone to talk to tomorrow because I like the food but the service is definitely going to make me not come back and I will be telling my friends about the...
Read moreOne of the worst fast food experiences. My friend and I came in and were warned by a waiting customer that it'd be a while to get our food, as he'd be waiting a long time, but we shrugged it off. We figured he was exaggerating or being impatient. But it took over 30 minutes to get our food. It wasn't even that busy - there was only us and two other small parties in the dining room. During our waiting time, TWO customers from the drive thru came in because their orders were wrong. Another warning sign. When we did finally get our meals, my friend's was wrong. TWICE (technically three times). How hard is it to make a plain hamburger with only ketchup? They brought it out with cheese two times - the last time they took off the cheese but added pickles. Wtf?! The employee serving us acted like it was OUR fault, too. We weren't offered any coupons or free food for all of this either, like at other BK's. All we got was complaining employees. We even heard the cook, all the way in the back, whining about having to remake our food!
It took almost an hour total to order, get our food, and eat. Just ridiculous. I wanted to just leave but they already...
