Little's Jewelers fantastically ruined the casing and seal on my watch.
While traveling in Mississippi, I stopped at Barnes Crossing Mall to have the battery replaced in my watch. I'd recently been told that Little's Jewelers was the most reputable fine jeweler in the mail, so I stopped in and asked if they were a Movado Authorized Service Center. The jeweler said that they were, and took my watch to the back office. For 25 minutes he labored with trying to get the case open. (Often appearing to struggle physically in trying to get it open) When I asked if there were a problem, he said no. After another 15 minutes he returned with my watch, which now had significant gauges on the back and sides. When I pointed them out, he angily said they were already there. I told him that he and I both knew that they were not already there, as well as how they came to be there now. I paid for the battery and I left.
I later learned, from an actual Movado Authorized Service Center, that in addition to deeply damaging my casing, the jeweler at Little's had also broken the seal on my watch. It'd have been simple enough for the jeweler to be truthful and acknowledge that they were not an authorized service center AND that he was having problems accessing the battery. To mislead on both counts, however, was duplicitous...

Read moreMy boyfriend purchased an expensive pandora ring from this establishment and the original ring was missing a jewel and I needed a different size. We came to get another ring. Bad customer service. We got a ring my size and a few days later a jewel was missing once more. But this time I also noticed it was turning my finger GREEN! Now this ring is supposed to be a sterling silver ring. Obviously it is not if my ring finger now resembles the incredible hulk. Of course we went to get our money back and to just return the ring because we, by this point, were fed up. The said they could not return our money because they did not have the money right then. And once again, horrid customer service. Needless to say I have told all of my family and friends this story and this establishment has lost many many customers over his incident. Good day. Update: they gave us our money...
Read moreThis was a very enjoyable experience for me. I’m new to Tupelo and was looking an engagement ring. Although the store was busy, I was almost immediately greeted by the smiling face and cheerful Kelsey. I explained what I was looking for and she expertly led me to several rings. She explained settings and how to match the engagement ring with the wedding ring. Her interaction and personal experience sealed the deal. I bought the ring and even shared photos of my future “fiancé”and our earlier travels. She and her colleagues made the entire experience more than just a purchase. Thank you and Little’s is where I will return for my...
