I recently had the delightful experience of visiting Venchi Chocolate & Gelato at King of Prussia, and it was nothing short of magical, thanks to Tori. From the moment I stepped into the store, Tori welcomed me with warmth and an infectious enthusiasm for all things chocolate and gelato. What set this visit apart was Tori’s deep knowledge and passion for the history of Venchi. She didn’t just serve me gelato; she took me on a journey through its rich heritage. I was fascinated to learn about the origins of Venchi and how they’ve evolved over the years while maintaining their commitment to quality and tradition. The highlight of my visit was learning about the specialty hazelnuts used in some of their chocolates. Tori explained how these hazelnuts are so unique that they’re only harvested for two weeks every four years. This rare and meticulous process added an extra layer of appreciation when I tasted their chocolate, knowing the care and rarity behind each bite. As for the flavors, Tori was an expert guide. She described each flavor with such detail and enthusiasm that it was impossible not to be swept up in her passion. Each sample she offered was an exploration of taste and texture, making the experience both educational and delicious. Overall, my visit to Venchi Chocolate & Gelato was made unforgettable by Tori’s expertise, passion, and hospitality. It was more than just a treat for the taste buds; it was a captivating lesson in the art and history of chocolate and gelato. I highly recommend a visit, and when you do, make sure to ask for Tori – she’s a true gem!

Amazing, it’s like the Willy Wonka factory at the mall. Super nice staff and interesting choices of sweets.

Venchi was an amazing experience. It felt like stepping into a miniature Willy Wonka factory. When you first walk in, if you're getting gelato, you pay and then choose the flavors you want. I don't remember the specific flavors I got, but I was able to taste a few different ones, and they were all good. They were not packed with extreme flavors but subtle ones. The gelato was creamy; it was definitely worth the visit to Venchi. They had both chocolatey and fruity flavors. The environment was what I appreciated the most. It was very decorative and whimsical, with colorful displays of chocolates and candies everywhere. After getting my dessert, I looked at the chocolates and was greeted with a wide array of options that all looked delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. There were samples everywhere, so you could really get an idea of what you were looking for. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a sweet treat. The variety of options and the welcoming atmosphere make it a must-visit for dessert lovers.

I have never been to an establishment where I have felt more disrespected and diminished. The worker there was extremely rude and disrespectful towards me. Since there was a decent number of people in front of me at the pay station, I saw that there was another flavor that I wanted to get and since there was an employee available, I asked nicely if I could try a flavor so that I could but the 2 scoop option rather than the 1. Since there were people in front of me and an employee was available, it would not have been unreasonable to ask for a small sample - it was not as if I was only eating samples and running off without paying. I was buying an ice cream regardless, it was only if I should get a single size or a double. So I asked the gentleman very nicely, when a bigoted employee stepped in and started telling him to not serve me, and started saying that I was to be ignored. Multiple times he was saying, ā€œignore her, ignore herā€. HOW DARE YOU. This is such a bigoted, disgusting, and HATEFUL establishment. How DARE YOU repeat that I was to be ignored and to be treated in such a disgusting manner. The employee I was initially talking to was very respectful, but the worker that stepped in was EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. THE EMPLOYEE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND CONDESCENDING TO ME. Had it not been alright for me to try a sample, he should have responded to me respectfully and not have included others in the conversation that we were having. Instead, he started egging on people that were waiting in line, trying to get them to start problems with me. I have NEVER felt so disrespected and antagonized in my entire life. I was speaking very politely and respectfully and in no ways did I offend or disrespect anyone, but the worker immediately stepped in and started breading me while trying to act all innocent. I was saying that I was speaking very respectful to the workers, and that if what I was asking for was not okay, then they could have just told me that. There was no need for him to say that the workers should just ignore me - I was being very respectful and polite. Additionally, he should not have been roping in other customers to further antagonize me. I was respectful and not once did I raise my voice nor did I speak in vulgar terms. And in response, he roped in other customers to criticize me and gang up on me. WHAT A RUDE AND SHAMEFUL ESTABLISHMENT. I don’t stand for the ill treatment, the workers deserve to go work at a better place without such a toxic coworker that is mentally draining and evil. WHAT AN AWFUL PLACE AND WHAT AN AWFUL EMPLOYEE. All the employees were very respectful, but this beady brown eyed Caucasian man with greasy brown hair WAD UNNECESSARILY DISRESPECTFUL AND CONDESCENDING. I truly hope that management will take notice of this situation and...
