Nordstrom Ebar Artisan Coffee — Restaurant in Upper Merion Township

Unfortunately, our experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing.

We had to place our order while still standing at the entrance with our child, before being able to sit down and take our time to look through the menu. This was inconvenient and made the ordering process feel rushed.

Additionally, we were not informed that there was a children's menu available — it wasn’t included in the main menu, and we only learned about it after placing our order.

As for the food, the wild salmon was overcooked and dry, and the chicken was also quite dry and lacked flavor, making it difficult to enjoy.

Rude staff! Extremely long wait time. I ordered the Salted Caramel Mocha but got a cup of unmixed coffee powder with whip. I took it back for a redo or refund but I was rudely told by 2 members of the staff, I needed to get in line again. (Long line) . Nope I did my time.
