Hit ❤️ The Vancouver waterfront is a better place to visit than downtown Portland. It’s a lot more clean and modern looking. Parking is a bit harder to find during busy hours but there’s about 3 public paid parking lots. There’s a dock on the east end where you can touch the water. Lots of benches and ledges along the way to sit down. There’s always people playing music and singing here, giving it a lively experience. In the middle of the walkway there is two public restrooms. Sometimes those are busy; so you can try your get to a restaurant nearby or a hotel. There’s a water fountain for kids to play in, and the west end has swings and a jungle gym. People riding jet skis and boats regularly pass by here and sometimes stop at the docks for a visit. Plenty of restaurants nearby such as dosalas and twigs bistro. Fancy looking buildings nearby, that are brand new and good for photography. You can see the 205 and i5 bridge from here, looks grand. Interesting plants are planted all along the boardwalk.
