I placed an order on Feb. 4th for 1 in stock item and 3 preorders. The in stock item was sent but it was the wrong item. I emailed them, got the instructions and sent it back. They resent the item and it was the same wrong item. At this point sent the item back and told them I want a full refund. It has been 1 3/4 months and I have recieved only the refund for the pre orders and not the in stock item that they incorrectly sent me twice. There is no actual customer service number and they dont actually respond until you email them and ask for an update. After sending the wrong item back and waiting over a week for the replacement to be sent( which was the exact same wrong item) I emailed asking questions. They said at 4:00 pm on Feb. 25 that " oh your item was already sent out back on the 25th" like I was simple they thought I wouldn't realize they sent the item right after I asked about it. The interesting part is they sent the usps tracking number which showed the label was created until after I emailed them and the item was not picked up until usps picked it up the next day but yet they acted like it was already sent out. This is the most corrupt and misleading company I have ever dealt with. J will never deal with them again. This is just a summary of what I've had to deal with and I still dont have all my money...

Told it was easy to cancel. Been trying to cancel, customer service is unable to locate me in the system at all. Informed by a store representative that card number/member number on my card that I was promised is not valid at all, even though it was scanned at check out. Representative provided me with a different number, and the store itself is unable to cancel the membership. Customer service is still unable to locate me in the system. Called the store back, the General Manager assisted by emailing her membership point of contact to get it cancelled. It is still ridiculous as it is advertised as āeasy to cancelā and ācan do so immediatelyā, yet it is anything but that. Think itās a scam that itās a paid membership, but advertised in the store as a free way to get discounts and points. Recommend only paying cash to not have your card linked to any membership. Do not sign up for FYE VIP it is ridiculously...

There were items on shelves that either had been on the shelves long enough to collect dust or looked at and then put back and handled more than a couple of times causing the packaging to appear very worn/faded/crumbled/cracked. For items to be brand new and be priced as brand new the packaging should appear to be brand new. Most of the items in this store that should especially make for brand new gifts looked like they'd been purchased from an old, abandoned cardboard box and then priced and advertised as brand new. FYE is not a vintage/consignment store which makes this shocking and confusing. Lots of items whether they were collectibles or not or even the snack foods for sale or/and the bins of small cheap-looking toys were all overpriced. The employee that helped us was nice, patient.
