Great little boutique! Gorgeous offerings! LOVE the wallets, purses and jewelry! Hair accessories are so cute too! And I gotta say something about some of these reviews! Because, literally, I CANNOT with some of these reviewers..
If a sales person doesn't walk up to you as you enter, OPEN YOUR MOUTH. "Hi! Good Afternoon, I'd love to look at some boots! Can you help me?" WHEW! That was SO hard! Goodness. Make sure you stretch first if you think it might be too much for you.
RE: SIZE INCLUSIVITY. I'm a fat woman. Size 18/20. Used to be size 5X. Guess what? Not every shop is for us, and that is OK! Are you going to the Google Reviews for Lane Bryant, Torrid, etc and leave a 1 star review because they don't carry an XXS, XS, Small or Medium? Hmmmm? No? Thought not. Seems uneven to me. It's ok that they don't carry EVERY size. They are a tiny local boutique!
REVIEW SAYS: "Too expensive!" RESPONSE: IT'S HAND MADE ART PIECES! Want cheap? Hit the Wal-Mart. Target. Amazon. Take your pick! This boutique offers HAND MADE items. They take HOURS to achieve, in some cases WEEKS to design and make. Girl, If you can't afford it, just say so.
I don't live in Walla Walla. I live in Chicago. I have absolutely NO association whatsoever with this boutique or it's owners. But I cannot STAND petty reviewers like this! I literally cannot. Sit down Karen. No one cares...
Read moreGot a present from my husband from forward a necklace, genuine walla walla river rock necklace I was told when I went to return it. I wasn’t asking for money back I wanted to exchange for something else and I even had a gift certificate that I was going to use. I would have also added more money to my purchase if needed. The necklace was still in the bag that it was put in when bought never worn. I was so disappointed to find out that you can not return jewelry. My husband said he was told it could be exchanged. I do not like this piece. I am sure it is going to break at the neck of the rock cause it such thin metal and then you put a chunky piece of metal that catches in the loop and it causes the thin metal to bend and will eventually break. It just doesn’t sit well on your body and it’s ugly. You just lost my business. Not sure why if the product has not been worn or brought back to you in the condition it is bought that you would not at least let an exchange take place. Must not have a lot of faith in your jewelry you design...
Read moreCool store. Cool inventory, but was NEVER offered help. Spent 5-10 purusing cowboy boots and was never approached. Even when I was finally greeted as I was leaving, I was never asked if I could be helped. Was it my Patagonia jacket and backpack that led them to believe I wasn't going to spend money? Funny thing, I was looking for a pair of cowboy boots for my wedding and would have dropped the $500-$600 for the boots had there been an interest in selling to me. Probably would have bought some clothes too. All my style. Maybe when I am here in June I'll try again or....maybe I'll find a store that seems interested in my money. I am not going to plaster three inch eyelashes with an equally thick coat of...
