My only complaint was they had white sage to smudge for sale but could not tell me where it was sourced from, only "that it was done the right way." It made me wonder if they knew the importance of white sage to the Native American culture and that it is cultural appropriation unless obtained the right way. There are many MANY alternatives to using a sacred indigenous medicine. This is mainly a concern because our people were killed and sent to boarding schools for having beliefs that circled around our culture and our sacred medicines, like white sage.

Perhaps a good remedy would be to source the smudge sticks from a Native American business with a note of the importance of this sacred medicine for the buyer to educate themselves on the fact that improper sourcing is leading to over harvesting of this plant, and the fact that this medicine holds no medicinal value unless blessed and given to someone as a gift from a person with tribal bonds. It is important to educate so I thank you for reading this and considering the changes. It is important to respect all cultures and the hardships they endured to have survived to this day. We find unity in our differences, and considering all due respects are given, we love teaching and including in our culture. The candle I ordered for my wife was correct, but I could have bought it in Wimberly TX at a shop for a few dollars more. I paid 2x what the candle cost for expedited shipping, and did not get the candle till over a week later.

I emailed them two times and never got a response and since my email has automatic read receipts, I noticed they never even opened the email.

I own a business selling very expensive commercial truck parts.

If I ever had an expedited shipment, not only would I make sure it arrived there on time, but I would fully cover the order and all costs if it did not. The reason being is I do not want my customers last dollar, I want their next dollar. In 10 years we have never lost a customer due to this level of customer service.

I will never purchase anything from this business due to the complete lack of customer service and attention to detail.
