Don't come hungry. We all know movie food is overpriced. But I was meeting friends after work for a show and didn't have time to eat beforehand. When I got there at 7pm it was busy as heck. Luckily my movie didn't start till 7:45. I needed that time! Once I got to the counter every food item except popcorn, nachos and hot dogs was unavailable. Burger sliders? No. Pulled pork sandwich, no. Chicken tenders, no. Pizza? No. So I paid $35 for 2 hot dogs, nachos, and a large soda. The food was literally gas station quality. 100% Speedway roller dogs, which they ran out of so I waited 20 more minutes for new ones to "cook". Nachos were a bag of chips and a cup of cheese sauce that was not enough for the amount of chips. I literally ate them standing there waiting for the hot dogs and dumped the last 1/4 of em. When the dogs finally came they were on stale hard buns. At least at Speedway the buns are individually wrapped so they don't get stale. Not here. Met friends and went to my seat just as the previews started. The buns immediately split at the bottom letting the mustard and dog nearly fall in my lap because they were so hard. Made the best of it because I was hungry but the entire time I was fuming about how much better food I could have gotten for $35 freaking dollars. In fact comparing it to Speedway is not fair to Speedway. Their food is much better than what I got. There at least they have a cheese dispenser so you can get enough for your chips and they have chili sauce too for your chips and dogs. And they always have pizza, even if they're out of the other hot sandwiches. Smh. And the topper was I could have bought my entire order there for about $10 or stopped at any fast food joint for under $20. I was just worried about making the movie on time and wanted to eat and be done before the actual movie started so I could just sit back and enjoy the show. The powered recliners were all that saved a 1 star rating. I hadn't been in a theater since 2020 and experiences like this are not likely to bring me back...

I went in to this location only to pick up some merchandise for the Alien Romulus release and spoke to the manager on duty. Him and his staff were super helpful and patient getting me squared away. I felt he really went above and beyond in making sure I got everything I needed. I must say he's an asset to AMC. I asked for a lot but he handled it like a pro, hooking me up with bags, boxes, and the merch itself. He even took a few moments to chat about the movie which was nice. Additionaly I went to Polaris Cinemmark to get their variations of the alien merch. I ended up with popcorn from them and AMC...AMC popcorn was notably fresher and crunchier than the popcorn from Cinemmark.
Original 1 star review Come here to get your vehicle vandalized and property stolen. Dublin police and this AMC are aware that this AMC's parking lots are a target for smash and grab theives. My girlfriends car was broken into while we were inside watching a movie. The thieves were watching and waiting on us to go in. I contacted AMC and there are no cameras in their lots, they didn't care about my suggestion to install them or even offer a refund for our tickets. They simply dont care. Dublin police are not competent enough to catch these criminals even though these AMC lots are hit almost weekly (according to the officer on scene). (See "AMC Dublin village thefts" in a Google search, these break ins are happening all the time). If the theives get your credit/debit cards they will go to the local UDF and Meijer to wipe them out. Neither store will cooperate with police investigations even though it is in their policy to do so and their camera footage should be enough to get a license. Police will not follow up. They don't care either. I've probably spent thousands of dollars at this AMC over the years but not longer...
Read moreAMC Dublin Village is one of my favorite places to go for a movie night! It’s the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and fun. Right when you walk in, you’ll notice how welcoming the atmosphere is. They even have a small bar where you can grab a drink, which makes it easy to turn a simple movie night into a great time with friends, a date, or even just a relaxing evening for yourself.
The food and snack options are also a huge plus. Of course, they have all the classic movie snacks like buttery popcorn and candy, but there are also great food choices if you want something more filling. Everything is fresh, tasty, and perfect for enjoying during the show.
I really appreciate how easy it is to plan ahead here too—you can pick your seat beforehand when buying your tickets. No stress about rushing or hoping to get a good spot; you already know you’ll be sitting exactly where you want. It makes the whole experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.
The best part by far, though, has to be the leather reclining seats. They are so comfortable, spacious, and cozy—it feels like you’re watching a movie in your own living room, only with a massive screen and surround sound! Being able to recline, stretch out, and truly relax makes the experience feel a step above other theaters.
On top of all that, AMC Dublin Village always has a good lineup of movies playing, from big new releases to fan favorites. Whether you’re there for action, comedy, romance, or family movies, there’s always something worth watching.
Overall, AMC Dublin Village delivers everything you’d want in a movie theater: a fun bar for drinks, tasty food and snacks, stress-free seat selection, and the most comfortable leather recliners that make every show feel special. It’s my go-to theater, and I’d happily give it 5 stars for the comfort and experience it...
