Rosebuds Bridal & Tuxedo — Attraction in Waterford Township

At first I was super excited to do business with rose buds. But then the drama started... when I went to try my tuxedo after it came in.. (yes they ordered it... never tried on anything in store)the pants were a joke did not fit at all.. the shirt was size to small. I was advised that I would get a call on Friday if everything goes well with shipping. Mind you my wedding was Saturday afternoon... so I was hesitant cause my first experience with my tux was bad so my fiancé at the time called around and booked me with a fabulous facility in Farmington that custom fitted me the same day. walked in walked out with my tux. I called to cancel my order and was told I could not and cause it had already came in... but that’s not even close to what there receipt says.. it states that you would receive up to 50% of your money back even if the tux comes in that day. That’s not the case when I spoke to the owner, she said that I do not get a refund- I’m out 195 dollars with not even an apology or the pocket square that I bought yet did...

I posted a question in my neighborhood app asking if anyone knew where to get less expensive wedding gowns…..and a woman plus a few others all mentioned Rosebuds. First I went to David’s bridal and although they are slightly less expensive than many stores, they are still a lot more than I wanted to spend. I had my appt today and in less than 2 hours I said YES to the dress! I didn’t have anyone to go with me and the owner ended up being “my person”❤️She has been in business a long time and is very knowledgeable, professional, and super kind!! I fell in love with her right away! She spent just under two hours with me and I could not be happier! I LOVE Rosebuds. I got married in September and purchased my bridesmaid dresses from Rose. Rose was so patient with me when I paraded in my bridesmaids on multiple occasions and made them try on every style of dress. She communicated with each girl when they arrived and scheduled alterations; she made the process so easy. Rose altered all the dresses herself and they looked stunning. Although I did not purchase my wedding dress from her shop, Rose took such great care with the alterations. She was so sweet and I felt treated by her like she would her own family.
