My experience was just O.K. They seem to be too busy to notice someone asking for help and the man at the counter didnt seem to enthused to be at work on this particular day. I just wish he had more energy and enthusiasm when engaging (not what he did) with customers. His tone was dryer than dry. When I nicely, through conversations with him, brought up the fact that he may want to be a tad bit jolly considering many ppl were in the store and shop there quite often his attitude didnt change one bit. He was just like, "yeah. Okay!" The young lady at the register next to him tried to make it better. I wish I cought their names. She even made it a point to finish the conversation and give us a pleasant greeting while exiting. I encourage the management team to consider keeping him and his attitude in the back during hours of operation, I would hate to hear his conversation with kids who are especially excited to get new toys, books, etc. He just seemed depressed. He will definitely make you reconsider the items you came for or make you go somewhere else next time. Anywho, to the girl who attempted to make my experience a bit better.

We had four buggies fool, and still had more toys to put in with no room. They graciously gave us one of their backroom, huge carts and dumped all the toys in there Forrest pushed it to the front And employee name Karen help us tremendously by ringing up all the toys as we bagged them help us push the cart to the car helped us load the car and gave us all hugs and appreciation for what we do for the community This is the best five below location I have ever been in the cleanest employees that are happy with smiles on their face and willing to help you anytime with no complaint.    Read moreI work across the street I walked in on Tuesday to buy a few things for my office and out of the 6 things I purchased I only needed to return one item which was a pink cup and it was broken. I was told I couldnât return or exchange the one item without receipt even though the cup still had the sticker on it. I can see if it was more than $10 but it wasnât! I left the broken cup and told the âmanagerâ to toss it since I canât exchange it and I will just go to Walmart to get a cup because even if i didnât have a receipt they would still exchange it because of customer satisfaction I didnât not receive that at this location first and last time shopping at 5...
