THE MANAGER/OWNER IS RUDE. 2. They have been cited by DBPR for CLEANLINESS/IMPROPER STORAGE OF CHEMICALS. 3. THEY ARE NOT CLEAR ABOUT THEIR REFUND POLICY.
I have been going here for over 3 years. NEVER AGAIN. I received a HORRIBLE gel manicure/pedicure. The following day (less than 24 hours) the gel manicure was chipping and bubbling. A gel manicure should last at least 7 days. It looked so bad I decided to go back and complain. The manager told me to sit in a chair and wait a few minutes and someone would be with me to correct the gel manicure. A few minutes turned into 1hour & 15 minutes. I told her I could not wait any longer & I'd prefer a refund. She told me no refunds - it was "against store policy." The problem is no one knows the store policy except Krazy Nails. There were ZERO signs displayed telling you there was no refund. They have disclaimer signs prominently displayed EVERYWHERE that tell you the price list, ATM surcharge fees, card payment fees but NOTHING that says no refund. The manager said the no refund policy was on the receipt. IT IS NOT. When I come in for a service and pay for the service a contract is formed. If I do not like the service I PAID for, you have not honored the contract and the money I paid is owed back to me. period. If there is a certain condition you want me to be aware of before entering into this contract for services (i.e. no refunds) then tell me that UPFRONT before I sit in a chair for services. The manager was INCREDIBLY RUDE and at one point walked away from me. I called the City of West Palm Beach Police Department and filed a complaint. I took pictures of their license and to no surprise they have FAILD their cosmetology salon inspection by the Department of Business & Professional Regulations for cleanliness. They also have a portion of the license/inspection report covered and not prominently displayed to the public which I believe DBPR will have an issue with as well when I report it to them. I ran into a friend on the way out of the salon and explained to her what happened. When she went in for a pedicure the owner felt bad about how she treated me and gave her (not me) a gift certificate for $70 to give to me. WHY would I want to come back after the INCREDIBLY BAD customer service and manicure I received? Why would you attempt to give me a gift certificate for double what I'm asking for if you didn't feel like your actions were WRONG?! All of this over $35 refund. There are millions of nail salons in the area don't bother with this one because they do not care about their customers and doing what is right.

This was my 3rd time at this establishment. For this visit, I brought someone else with me after telling them that I finally found a good salon. Due to the lack of professionalism and customer service I will NOT be returning and neither will my guest. In addition to the charges and extreme wait time, Sonya kept moving back and forth to almost every client in the salon. From manicures to pedicures to waxing and only changed her glove once. This is UNSANITARY. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, she simply shrugged. This seems that she is driven simply by money and charging additional fees with no concern for customer service or the customer.
Fee breakdown for dip powder: $5 extra because I wanted to use 3 colors instead of 1 or 2. The third color used was not much different from one of the colors I already had on. I asked to switch it. After over an hour of waiting and several reminders from myself and even other employees, she finally came back to me. When it came time to check out, she then added another $5 fee because of the change. For me, itās not even the cost at this point. Itās the principle of the matter, lack of customer service and complete disregard for my time, the time of my guest and the obsession with charging a fee even after having me wait over an hour.
The owner was so concerned with managing everything and everybody and not the quality of the service provided....

I am not ALWAYS happy sometimes wait time with appointments can annoy me by the long wait considering itās an appointment lol, sometimes how my nails are done I am NOT happy especially dealing with my OCD & wanting perfection with everything. which is why I have left and look for ābetterā never getting half as close as here of course (since I keep coming back š¤£) I highly recommend SONIA or CUQUI (cookie? Idk) Sonia has been doing my eye brows for almost two years now, she also did my nails today which Iām beyond pleased with I mean I cannot find one flaw. Same with Cuqui I havenāt been to her recently but I was never disappointed with her work. Nowhere you go can you always be guarantee perfection but the two ladies I mention have hit damn near close and thatās why Iām making this review. I only go here for waxing and sporadically for nails. I recommend appointments always, pricing is a bit much but is there really a price for self care when given w as much love as possible? I do recommend special offers maybe here and there to appease the penny pinching queen in me and others I think it could bring it more clientele as well, Thank you Sonia especially for never...
