The Hemp Company by Curaleaf — Attraction in West Palm Beach

I came here and they wasted my time. I knew exactly what I wanted and walked in with my medical card and cash in hand. Although they had two reps working, my rep simply just stopped helping me in the middle of checking out to focus solely on a white person whose card kept declining while they were already being assisted by the other rep. This held me up for like 10 minutes. Meanwhile they performed a holy white glove treatment for the Caucasian girl who didn’t have any money on her card while I stood there and asked my rep three different times if he could just grab the items that I wanted to purchase bc I was paying cash, however he just told me to wait a minute repeatedly. This went on for 10 minutes until I pulled out my phone and scanned the QR code to leave this review. Then he went and got my items. The guy also didn’t want to give me terpene info and made it seem like it was some huge issue as if he’s not working in a medical facility. Not only did the representatives clearly give me a lower quality service than their white visitor, they also didn’t even give me a bag to put my items in after purchasing. That’s right! I had to ask for a bag to put the mound of items in that I purchased from them… Of course they gave their white client a bag as they would any customer… I’m just shocked that people still act like this and at establishment like this. I’m just a customer, I don’t need drama and other people’s prejudice behavior. My money and time is just as good as that white girls, it makes no sense why they treat me as if...

So many options for dispensary on clematis especially if you live downtown . I have tried them all 😳🤫 So I want to give my honest review and help you save money on quality products! Yesssss this is the best location and dispensary!! The staff is always so helpful. They give our swag occasionally and has different trial products complimentary at times. Quality products and always has a deal !!! $$ Now I want to give a special shoutout to Alexander ! I would say is the most knowledgeable and friendly ❤️💯He always lets you know about the best deals 💯Never rushes you and just really deserves a raise$$!

Allison was a great pleasure at the register while I walked I noticed Joel wiping down all the glass both interior and exterior... That was a nice touch. The hospitality here is nice with both a water fountain and bathroom that are crucial after coming directly from work to the dispensary. Thank you for your hospitality of letting me grab a drink as well at washing my hands. The rewards system on Wednesdays are double points, and from what I've gathered is the reason people continue to come to Curaleaf.
