Morgan Jewelers - Valley Fair Mall — Attraction in West Valley City

On Friday, my husband and I went to Morgan Jewelers to redeem a free ring cleaning. I decided to bring my mom’s old ring and wedding band to get cleaned, since my husband bought mine from there and I can get it cleaned anytime.

We walked in and Danny was the employee there who would be helping us. I explained that I was there for a free ring cleaning and I showed him my mom’s ring set. He asked why not the ring on me and I told him how my ring is from there and I can get it cleaned anytime. 😁

Danny asked, “Why not clean them both at the same time?”

I replied, “I love the way you think!” 😃

Towards the end of our visit there, I showed Danny a necklace of mine that I have had since I was 12 that had gotten oxidized. It’s been been that way for 8+ years and I’ve been hanging on to it, in hopes that it could somehow become silver once again.

I asked if it was possible to get it back to the silver color it used to be. I knew that if any jewelry place could help restore my necklace to the silver color it once was, it was Morgan Jewelers.

I first found Morgan Jewelers because they were the only jewelers who would size the ring I bought for my fiancé. When I took it to them, I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Christy. Her sparkling personality just made the experience very pleasurable and worry free and made me want to keep my busisness right here at Morgan Jewelers. Their sizing process is very fast and done with precision and looks incredible! After she said yes, my fiancé and I began looking for wedding bands and we immediately went right back to see Christy. She immediately recognized me, remembered my name, where I work and some other conversations we previously had and just as I expected, she helped us in every way imaginable and truly made us feel like family! The day that's supposed to be a perfect day, will not be after all. I went to Morgan Jewelers and found the perfect ring for my fiance. The woman who helped me was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. However, upon picking up my ring was another story. A different woman was at the store when I went to pick up my ring. The woman who was there handed the ring and receipt to me without any box. I asked the woman for a box and she gave me a cheap box with the Morgan Jewelers brand name on it. Did she expect me to propose without the ring in the box? I asked the woman If I could have a wooden box or a different box and the woman said "no". It's hard to believe a jewelery store wouldn't have any other choices in ring boxes. Also, when I got home, I notice the outer box had some sticky yellow crusty substance on it.
