Updated will move my 1 star to 3 stars because the company did reach out to me finally and assured me I would get a new pair at the right size for free next time I went in. How ever after showing the employee the message the told me I needed the old pair in exchange. Which no where was discussed by corporate. So I didn't receive my earrings yet again.

I reached out to the Facebook page and received no help at all. When paying 18$ for a pair of earrings I expected to get what I asked for. Trying to respect boundaries and not touch merchandise with covid is hard. But when the workers either arnt trained properly and or are shady AF... it ruins the trust we honest people have for smaller businesses who don't except returns. I went in and the girl said she could switch my piercing out since I was having trouble doing so. She was on her phone with gloves on and didn’t even bother switching them out.
