I have been coming to this store for years. Got a new screen replacement done here (about $200). I have gotten all my screen protectors here and usually buy my cables and charger, adapters, etc. Here as well. I came in Feb 22 for a screen repair and bought a new adapter and cable to go with it for $50. I asked for fast charging gear. The associate said this would work, I had my kids and baby with me, so I was distracted and did NOT check and verify with the associates claim. When I got to my car it was NOT a fast charging cable, and so the next day Feb 23rd I went to return the items and they would not allow me to return the $30 adapter box because it was not opened the right way. Meaning I did not open the box in a manner that allowed the item to appear as if still brand new and be resold. Even though the product was in perfect condition and I had closed up the box and all packaging as best as I could. They said it didnt matter how long I'd been a customer, it didnt matter that nobody at the store told me about their policy. I should have known their "fine-print" policy. I am NEVER going to tricked out accessories ever again and I will share this story with as many people as I can to affect their business naturally through my honest testimony. I pleaded that maybe something could be done so I could return the item. I didn't need another adapter. The girl did not seem to care at all and seemed completely unwilling to try and find a solution other than I " exchange it for another identical charger " , which is exactly what I did NOT need or want. I left really disappointed and sad that nobody working there told me about this policy or even tried to warn me that I should open the packaging very carefully because if not I would have NO chance of returning the item. Could you imagine if places like walmart or other places said " oh the original packaging is noy perfect, you cant return it even though the item is perfectly fine". Have you ever heard of an open-box sale? Horribe, terrible, stressful experience. NEVER coming here again. Don't be loyal to a business like Tricked-out accessories. They really don't...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have had the pleasure to have met Denise from early on at Tricked Out. Caesar was the manager then, and he was great with customerās. He had to send me to other stores for help with older phones and that was sad. The other stores were not as helpful not as nice. Yep Neal grateful that Caesar sent me for additional help though. I mention Caesar because I see that Denise is very much the same way. She keeps her store clean, her staff is friendly and helpful. She knows the products they support and sell and how well they do what they are supposed to do. I did not give a good value nod on this post because you can buy the same cables and adapters on Amazon at half the price of their half price. Their cables and adapters are not made any better, they do have a really good warranty, but it is a hassle for $15. If your phone cable breaks, do you have time to run into the mall to replace it? A customer service number, where things can be identified and a quick no shipping charge return would be awesome. There are some logistics there, but take a page from the book s the leader and make it easier. Drive traffic to the store for the big tickets and make the easy things easy. We love Tricked out. We have used their service for more than seven years. The overall screen protectors and service is by far the best available and their price for it is comparable. People like Denise and Caesar made it a better value over their competitors. We continually go back for service and ad to future devices. The Management and staff at this location is amazing and they continue with great staff with...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTwice. Iāve had to replace these individual lenses twice. I initially started with that full lense one and it lifted so then I moved to these. I would say itās the quality of the lenses that makes them keep cracking. 1 star review because Iāve stopped by two times now and they donāt have any in stock. Probably cause they keep having to replace them due to lack of quality. Itās funny though cause the excuse of them not being in stock is the same - āweāve ordered them and they will be in by the end of the week.ā I should probably just take them off like my husband did on his phone and call the whole purchase a bust. I will add this, I HATE capturing moments of my kids or family that Iād want to document only for my pictures and videos to turn out blurry because the lense is cracked. Would I recommend this, no. Not this bad quality one anyway. Should they design a more high quality one later...
