My boyfriend and I visited this location on Monday to replace my screen protector and his phone screen. Ana replaced my phone screen protector and after I noticed a small black line at the bottom of my screen. I didn’t think much of it and as the week went on it grew to the entire length of my screen. We were supposed to go back Wednesday to pick his phone up since they had to order a part. I planned on addressing the line then. On Wednesday I called to see if it was ready. They said the part hadn’t come yet and maybe Thursday. I called Thursday and spoke to a different worker who said they had ordered the wrong part and it would come Saturday. On Friday they called that the phone would be ready and so we went in to pick up his phone. I showed her the line and she said my actual screen, which had been 100% fine before, was now broken and that replacing it wouldn’t have caused it to be broken. It makes sense that replacing it would not have broken my actual screen but seeing as the line appeared while in the store immediately after getting my phone back I am genuinely confused as to how this happened. We went in expecting a new screen protector for myself and a new screen for my boyfriend and I come out with a broken screen and being wildly inconvenienced with the time in which it took for them to replace his phone screen. Had we know this would be the outcome we would have chosen a different place to spend our time and money. After all that we got a whopping $20 off of a $200 service. Read moreSarah helped me and she was very friendly. I didn't give 5 stars because I was unaware that you have to pay install charges on new products. I was told that there was a $10 fee for replacement and a $5 fee for replacing the others. I didn't realize that was with new purchases as well. Driving home I did the math in my head. I realized that the total was more than it should have been. I called the store and did not have a great phone conversation. I will admit I was not as kind as I should have been. Whoever answered asked me, what I felt was a rude question. I told her as much. By the end of the call, the person I was speaking with did end up handling herself professionally. I tried to apologize for my behavior. She accepted my apology and I accepted hers. I do feel, however, that Zagg needs to make sure that customers understand. I was told that this is normal Zagg procedure. Checking my past receipts, I found this is not the case and is a fairly new policy. I experienced sticker shock. Read moreUpdate February 8th 2025 1st Visit Christian was amazing! Friendly and definitely knows his stuff. He replaced 3 screen protectors in 15 minutes or less! I will definitely be coming to this location in the future for anything I will be needing.
2nd visit- February 8th 2025 Well I came back in again here on February 8th and Anna & Angie were amazing! I had 7 devices to get screens replaced and put on for the first time. They were both very welcoming to me as I entered and quick to help me with whatever I was needing. Anna & Angie were very good at putting on the screens as well as helping other guests as they came in as well. They were all done pretty quickly. I always get the best service here every time I come, but today was above and beyond! Thank you Anna & Angie! I've been coming to this store for many years and always have left satisfied with everything that I needed done, they even offered me bottle water and a snack while I was waiting!
