Radiant Waxing Westfield — Attraction in Westfield

After months of contemplating I finally decided to "woman up" and get a Brazilian wax for the first time ever. After weeks of research and reading reviews I decided on Lunchbox wax. I was so nervous the day of my appointment but knew it was too late to turn back. I booked with Rachel and once I arrived to the facility I was greeted by the young lady at the desk. The first thing I noticed was how clean it was. Rachel greeted me and was so kind. I told her that it was my first wax and that I was really nervous, she assured me that there was nothing to worry about. Rachel made what could be a really awkward service so comfortable, we talked the entire time. Before I knew it I was finished. The pain was minimal and absolutely nowhere near as bad as I had expected. Rachel was amazing and has an amazing technique. I regret not coming to Lunchbox wax and getting serviced by Rachel sooner. I'm giving lunch box wax 2 stars because i loved my first experience there. I was informed that since this was my first time there that my next wax would be free. My waxer informed me that even if i cancel my appointment my wax will still be free. I called on Friday to cancel my appointment scheduled for Saturday due to mother nature taking its monthly course. I called today to schedule an appointment and was informed that I no longer have a free wax because I cancelled my appointment I explained why I had to cancel my appointment and was informed that I needed to reschedule my appointment the day I canceled my appointment to get my free wax. I explained that I was never informed of this when I scheduled my next appointment or when i canceled. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING! DON'T SAY SOMETHING IS FREE WITHOUT PROVIDING CUSTOMERS WITH A FINE PRINT! BECAUSE OF THIS I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY TO FRIENDS OR...

The first time I came in I was greeted with Courtney who was super friendly and walked me through everything throughly. It was the first time I was to this establishment, and since I moved in last year! In turn it became the best experience especially for someone new it was easy, and honestly super comforting as I’d been nervous with reviews in surrounding areas. I will definitely be returning to Radiant Waxing as well Courtney! Thanks again!!

EDITED 2/23/25: I’ve been coming to Radiant Waxing for a while now. While Courtney is no longer there I’ve met a variety of different people for my appointments who still make it all the more comforting. I have no complaints at all about coming here, the service is great, it’s a friendly, and calming atmosphere.
