I love this store! I only wish I lived a little closer, hmm, maybe not, then I would be there ALL THE TIME! This is a tasting bar for specialty EVOO and balsamic vinegars. The evoo is an extremely good product that is both delicious and healthy, you'll never use a supermarket olive oil again. There are cookbooks, spices, tableware, crackers, pastas, personal care products made with olive oil and so much more. The store is welcoming and the staff exceptional. If you're looking for a unique party/shower/wedding favor, they have tiny bottles for pairings of oil/vinegar that can be made up to your specifications. You can even hold a fun and delicious "after hours" event for your organization or a celebratoin for birthdays or anniversaries. Being from out of town, Patricia & Paul Artisans of Fine Oils and Balsamics really caught my eye for its elegance and variety. The staff is very welcoming, helpful, and attentive. Not only do they serve some of the very best Extra Virgin Olive Oils and Balsamic Vinegars, they also offer very tasteful pairings to match with them! The variety of their selection also speaks for itself with anything from chipotle, basil or hojiblanca infused olive oils and strawberry, espresso, or chocolate balsamic vinegars! The best part- you can taste test each one before making your decision! The staff is also very knowledgeable and really knows their stuff when it comes to their products. Tentative to purchase some of their exotic balsamics, I was given a lot of helpful tips on what foods are best to cook with their products. The moment I discovered Patricia & Paul’s products was a life changing experience for my taste buds! I use their oils/balsamics daily in salads, rice bowls, roasted veggies, bread dipping, and more! I stopped buying tradition salad dressings. My favorite balsamic is the Sicilian lemon, which pairs well with many of their oils - especially the Milanese Gremolata. These are staples in my pantry (along with many others!). This is a family owned shop and it is felt in the customer experience.
