Went to this place 2 yrs ago. Had my baby get her ears pierced and had my 10-year-old get one ear pierced, we let it close out since it was pierced way lowered then the other ear. All this was told to the person piercing her. All came around $300 cost. We wanted 4 months to change out the earrings. My babies were good, no issues. My 10-year-old ear was a mess! Once we removed the earring, it was red and irritated. They pierced it way too close to the old piercing they were so close to each other. It looks us 45 minutes to try and put the earring back! After a day or 2 the piercing was irritated, bleeding, and the earring/piercing look awful it still didn't match or even up with the other ear. My daughter was upset in pain and discouraged! We reached out to customer service, and they have the audacity to say, "I am sorry for any confusion or disappointment, but please know you are welcome to book another piercing with us!" After I responded to that email, they said " I reached out to my team, and we are able to waive the $50 piercing fee for a repierce. However, you will have to purchase the new jewlery you choose for this repierce. " To me, this was all a joke and a waste of money! We let the piercing close out! Awful customer service. And to this day, we haven't been able to trust or try another place out. One of my daughters' biggest wishes is to be able to get her ear pierced...
Read moreI would NOT recommend this location to anyone! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I took my daughter here because I felt having her ears pierced by a nurse was safer than a jewelry salesperson. In hindsight, I probably could have done a better job myself with zero experience.
The store was crowded and only has one station at the front where you can look at/ choose piercing earrings. Other customers in the store were extremely rude and would either cut the line to look at earrings or take the sample earrings away from the station to look at them. The sales person was rushing us to choose earrings, but we could not because of the customers behind us who kept hoarding the samples to themselves.
Once it was our turn for piercing, the nurse marked each ear, but completely dismissed my request to measure the distance between my daughter’s face and the piercing mark (the recommended distance is 8mm). The nurse said they did not have a measuring tape and that she would not do this because “nobody’s ears are symmetrical”. Personally, I felt that she did not want to measure just because she was rushing since the store was crowded. I should have walked out that store right then and there. Ultimately, the piercings were not an equal distance from her face. I ended up taking the earrings out after a few weeks and will have them pierced elsewhere once they close.

Read moreMy Daughter (5 years) got her ears pierced 3 weeks ago and this morning she lost the back/stopper of her earring when she woke up.. We were afraid that her hole would close and went to the store to get it checked out. They took us in right away. Brenda (the Manager) was super sweet and friendly and helped us getting taken care of. Alara (the Nurse) was ready to check my daughters ear, but she was too scared and wouldn’t let anyone touch it. We stepped aside and let Alara talk to her without us interfering. Alara was very friendly and super nice with her and immediately gained her trust. She made her feel very comfortable and by the time she knew it, the earring was in!! She didn’t even feel anything. This place is amazing!!! I highly recommend to everyone and especially to those with little kids for their 1st time. They also have a very nice collection of earrings and everyone gets a bravery certificate with a goody bag..Thank you for making my Daughters experience so special and taking very good care of her. Love this...
