Game X Change Fort Worth — Attraction in White Settlement

The store itself is cool, BUT the employees are not so well informed on what they are selling and very rude. I have gone there 3 times already all 3 times I have purchased something and did not get a bag for my items. When I walk around the store I feel VERY VERY PROFILED by them. The thing that really made me want to do this review was I had bought something I needed for my game console. I’m usually good at doing research myself, but I am not scared to ask for help. Well the associate that helped me seemed like he knew what he was talking about. I bought the adapter he suggested it was the wrong one I needed. Went back not even 10 minutes later and I do not even get an apology. I’m the one apologizing like if it was my fault this guy that works there doesn’t know what they are talking about and just sells things to meet quota. Cherry on top was the girl associate handing my stuff back and mumbling something underneath her breathe as I walked out the store. Please hire...

Visited yesterday for the first time in years. I brought in a used Nintendo Switch that I bought without doing my due diligence. I was having some buyers remorse and asked if they would look over the console and let me know if they thought I got ripped off. They had a great selection of used games, consoles, accessories, etc. from basically every console you could imagine with fair pricing on everything I checked out.

It turns out I had a few missing accessories, the built in stand had broken off, etc.. The guys working answered all of my questions, set me up with everything missing from the factory, explained the process of checking joycons for stick drift and overall made me feel much more comfortable with my purchase.

The customer service I received was unparalleled and I won’t be going anywhere else for my gaming needs. I forgot to ask for names but...

I want to say every game x change is just like this one but the truth of matter is everyone that you're going to go to varies depending on where you're at. So rather going off of the game library that they have which in my opinion is quite extensive there is a lot of discontinued / old games that you wouldn't otherwise find at like GameStop or a flea market. I'm going to give this place more of a review based off the service and the friendliness of the staff. With that being said I think the five stars is earned at this game xchange, staff is very friendly and easy to talk to. Most importantly they know their stuff which is something that I look for when I go into a game store.
