Uptown Whittier Farmer’s Market — Attraction in Whittier

Hello everyone, I hope your day is going well. I visited the Farmers Market in up town Whittier this past Friday with my lovely daughter. We love going there. When we started going to this Farmers Market there were just a few vendors but it has grown. This week we found out there are very hopeful plans to extend it even more, which would be fantastic. You can find fresh produce,, well of course, right. Hence the name Farmers Market 😁😁, but you can also find authentic Italian food products, ready made or to cook at home. Jewelry, home made yogurts and may I say very delicious indeed, home made humus, freshly made pita bread, freshly baked sweet bread and baguettes, home made soap, herbal teas, fresh honey right from the beehive, oh and wait!! I forgot the best...... FOOD venders. Our favorite vendor Fish Tacos or shrimp tacos or quesadillas oh man so delicious. We love this one but that is not the only vendor. You have Chinese food, a variety of Mexican food and Italian food. There are Many more vendors selling different things, come see for yourself you won't regret it. Opens every Friday at 8:00 am to 4:00 pm 13018 Philadelphia St. Whittier. Kid friendly. Well happy eating and as always be kind to one onother 🙏😊 oh yeah about those tacos ,, walk straight to the back and you will be drawn by the delicious aroma can't miss it. Happy eating 😁...

Excellent variety of awesome vendors: the citrus guy, the honey bee man, the tAMaLeS, the three for $20 bread deal, the colorful eggs, the garden lady, the yogurts, the Mediterranean food corner, a few veggie vendors, morning coffee, and a couple other booths. It's not too too big, either, just nice. If you can't park adjacent to the market, there's another lot just a wee bit south. Plus, Greenleaf is just a street over, a nice place to walk...

Very nice got the Juiciest and sweetest oranges I love them also bought pastries and the cream cheese one had a little bit of mold in it sorry to say cause I was looking forward to it. I will go back and buy again from him mistakes...
