ASHLEY AT GUEST SERVICES IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL
My family and I are moving out of Wichita Falls and I asked if we could have some boxes from Target. Xhavier, Jackson, and Godfry have all been very nice and helpful in giving me boxes previously. I had recently called in for more as my family and I have a large home. The manager Ciara was very sweet and nice enough to set aside a few more boxes for me. Ciara also recommended that I call in the next morning to ask if they can set aside a few more. I have expressed to everyone that I am grateful for what I have already been given and what I can receive as I know Target does not have to do me this curtesy.
However, once I called in the next morning as directed by the manager Ciara, I unknowingly got the displeasure of reaching and speaking to ASHLEY IN GUEST SERVICES. I informed ASHLEY of the situation and informed her I was directed by the manager Ciara to call in and ask for more. ASHLEY asked me if they had already given me boxes previously as she had remembered my name and the previous requests for boxes. I stated yes, I have received boxes in the recent passed and was grateful, however my family and I needed more and I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask.
ASHLEY very rudely and unprofessionally (with attitude) stated that I should be grateful for what I have already received and passive aggressively said bye, and hung up. When I called back to get her name and speak to a manager regarding her unprofessionalism, she continued to speak to me in this rude manner before suddenly placing me on hold. I was very confused why a simple team member would feel so strongly against helping a Target guest with a request that her superiors (managers) have no problem accommodating.
For the record I had spoken with the manager Kelsa, in regards to this rude Target team member, and recommended someone with her attitude should definitely NOT be in the guests services department. I was very offended by ASHLEY and don't even feel comfortable to shop at this location or going to retrieve the boxes the other employees gathered for me. This was a very unpleasant experience...
Read moreWent in this morning and had a very unpleasant experience with team lead Sierra. I asked a team member for 2 pink Stanley cups, as I was getting them as Christmas presents. Went up to pay, and the team member working the register couldn’t scan them. She went to customer service to ask Sierra for help. Sierra immediately snatched them from me, and told the team member they’re not for sale until 12/31. I asked her if I could put them on hold and she said no. I asked what time they’d be released and she said idk, we open at 8, and marched off—no apology or anything. I know for a fact that this target location put last weeks 12/17 release date Stanleys out a few days earlier than they were supposed to be released, so I wasn’t able to get those either. I have seen other target locations override the system to keep their customers happy. As someone who has been working service industry management for over ten years, I am simply mortified by Sierra’s lack of customer...
Read moreI have always love our local Target. I recently bought 2 bikes from them. One of them completely failed the first time it was ridden. When I came in to pick out my replacement they were very helpful and did there best to make sure I was satisfied. Upon getting the new bike home and actually riding it I realized the bike was very hard to shift. I called back and they are going to make it right! These bikes were both Schwinn and I think it is an issue with their products and not with our target. They have been beyond helpful and understanding. This is why I choose to shop at Target over any other big retailer in our town and will continue to spend my money there every week. They never made me feel like it was my fault somehow, and I really appreciate that since it just seems to be a bad...
