Bellagios Pizza — Restaurant in Wilsonville

The pizza is fine and sometimes they have a deal that makes it worthwhile, but the employees are close to the worst I've seen. My last visit was the last time I'd ever go there. I entered to pick up a pizza my wife had called in about 30 minutes prior. Someone attended me quickly and took my payment. They then left without grabbing my pizza. Though I saw a pizza box sitting on top of the oven, I assumed it wasn't mine. I waited another five minutes before another person spoke to me. They asked if I had been helped. I responded that I had and was just waiting for my pizza. He said ok and left as well. Throughout all this the employees were speaking loudly about... non work appropriate content, to put it lightly. One employee was laughing about a call he received, explaining that when he answered the phone the customer was momentarily indecisive and so he immediately forced the customer onto "hold" stating that he was "not going to deal with that s*." After nearly 10 minutes of standing there waiting for my pizza, a third employee asked me what I needed. I responded and he went and grabbed my pizza. It was the one sitting on top of the oven from the moment I walked in, getting cold. I will never go back....

Had been ordering pizza without incident for years; today we opened up our pizza box to find the pizza was under cooked and "gooey" and not in any way crispy and delicious. Not typically liking to complain, I begrudgingly called to explain the situation; after being transferred to a man that I was told would solve all of my problems and explained the pizza was under cooked/gooey he quickly cut me off and said, "It's impossible the pizza is gooey." with an arrogant sense of superiority, as though he were the supreme pizza inspector for the entire realm, and would know what an under cooked pizza would look like while a mere peasant such as myself would not. I then told him would wouldn't be buying pizza from them anymore at that point (due to his interruption and tone) and he replied with a chipper and helpful, "Ok!"

So I'm not the one who ordered it but there was an event at my work and the woman who ordered the pizzas for the training she was hosting ordered a few pizzas ahead of time to arrive at 12:30pm today. They JUST arrived at 1:15pm! She called to ask them where the pizzas were TWICE and got attitude of "Well, we're busy!" As if that is a valid excuse. It's not an excuse. Then when the delivery driver arrived, he did not bring plates and as he walked out he had some serious attitude and slammed through the door.

My desk is by the door so I saw all this happen. I've never been a customer of Belagio's but after this experience, I will NEVER be a customer of Belagio's.
