My now-husband and I couldn't quite find what we were looking for with the pre-designed engagement rings out on the market, so we decided to go totally custom and design a ring from the ground up. Based on a recommendation from a friend that already had a great experience at Wilsonville Diamond, we went in and met with Katie and Bruce, the owners of this independent, local, and family-owned business. We could not have been happier!

They walked us through every step, from initial ideas, to a sketch, to selecting a center stone, to trying on a wax mock-up of the actual ring (with the stones set in), all the way to completion. Throughout the process, Katie and Bruce were responsive, polite, professional, and friendly. We also felt that we paid a fair price for the end product, and the ring appraised for much more than we paid.

There isn't a higher level of customer service possible! Because we're slow/bad wedding planners, we were engaged for almost two years before we finally got married. When I began shopping for a wedding band to accompany my engagement ring, I actually did quite a bit of shopping around, but found myself right back at Wilsonville Diamond. I emailed Katie and, not only did she remember us right away, she pre-selected a handful of options she knew would match my ring. It was so simple and quick. I went in to pick up my wedding band, got my engagement ring cleaned and inspected (for free), and that was it!

Bruce and Katie are phenomenal to work with! I first worked with them 12 years ago to have my yellow gold engagement ring reset. They designed a custom setting for my diamond that fit my lifestyle. I just went back to see them this spring, and I wanted to get a brand new wedding set in a white setting to celebrate 20 years of marriage, while still using my original engagement diamond. Katie was very patient with me while I looked at different settings and discussed the pros and cons of platinum vs. white gold. I decided to go with a simple, yet elegant setting, along with a matching plain band in white gold, from the Ever & Ever line. They updated me with delivery time, and they were both very friendly and asked about my recent vacation when I picked up my rings. They are professional and personal!! Thank you,...

I really loved this place until they disrespected me with my daughter’s jewelry. I brought in my baby ID bracelet to get 1 thing fix which was the clasp and then her engraved name on it and when i received it, it wasn’t her bracelet it was a whole mess… i received her original bracelet back which i can tell it wasn’t a new one like they said it was because it had scratches so i knew they were trying to keep her actual bracelet and give me a different one thinking i wasn’t going to find out… it was solve because i don’t play about my jewelry.
