Let me try to explain this so the pea-brained owner can understand. You have zero integrity as a business owner. You partner with a company that you called a âscam companyâ to sell their products that you know are faulty, and you admitted that. You said those products have a 10-20% failure rate. When I asked why youâre still doing business with this company, you said âtheyâre popular.â If youâre selling a lot of these products that break at least 10% of the time, and not offering a refund or exchange, youâre profiting while some of your customers get nothing in exchange. Zero integrity. When all businesses buy products, they need to account for the fact that sometimes theyâll end up with a faulty product. Businesses with integrity will offer a refund or exchange to customers that buy these faulty products. But hereâs the difference, you know that not only some will be faulty, but a significant percentage of them will be. Yet you still donât offer refunds or exchanges. These are products that people intend to use, not lottery scratch its where you hope you get a winner. Zero integrity. Next, you accuse your customers of trying to scam you by saying their product is faulty and wanting an exchange. But with such a large amount breaking, how do you know theyâre trying to scam you? Even if they are, your response is to start scamming your honest customers. I went to Henryâs Vape in Tualatin where they let me test the product in front of them, and offered to exchange it if it was already broken. Youâre either not smart enough to think of a better solution than scamming your customers, or youâre greedy. My guess is both. Zero integrity. When customers come back in with your faulty product, you then try to up sell them to buy a more expensive vape that isnât the same thing as the original product. You wouldnât stop talking about this when I talked to you. So after you knowingly sell someone a faulty product, you pretty much say âyou shouldâve bought this oneâ and try to make another sale. Thatâs a scummy move. Zero integrity. Iâm now a week off cigarettes, and used disposable vapes during that week to transition off smoking. Now Iâm done with vapes too and onto patches so that I no longer have to have any product damaging my lungs. Here you are still scamming people out of...
Read moreI used to be a repeat customer at Paradox and the guys that helped me were pretty knowledgeable about their products and helpful when I had questions. Today however is a different story. I came in earlier today and purchased some juice. In and out, no big deal. Well, when I left I stopped at a few other places and then remembered something I forgot. I needed to buy a digital scale and was already at a different store that sold them but decided to call Paradox while I was there to see if they sold them as well and if they had one that was cheaper or had a better selection. So when I called I asked; "hi, do you guys sell digital scales?" And they guy who answered said they do. Then I said, "sweet, can you tell me much are they or the price range?" Then he says "nope." Then I said, "really? You can't tell me how much your cheapest one is?" Then he says in a rude tone of voice, "not at all..."
I don't know if the guy was just a jerk or that was some kind of business tactic to get me to come in and buy something but I found that to be pretty damn rude. So, I ended up saying F them and bought it at the store I was already at. I'm not gonna waste my time driving all the way to their store to find out that what I'm looking for wasn't adequate or too expensive for my needs and I'll be damned if I'm going to give them my business after that rudeness. Before, I would have recommended them to my friends but after this, I'm going to tell people to avoid that place. All I wanted was a simple answer to a simple question. You don't have to take it from me but I'd say avoid this business and hopefully they someday learn some courtesy and proper customer service. That was just uncalled for and an unnecessary way to...
Read moreExcellent staff and selection! They always have good deals on their inventory as well, and theyâre open later than most shops. What brought me in is that I have a hard labor job and it often leaves me in a lot of pain where I canât sleep well at night. Iâm in my mid 40âs, immense shoulder and back pain after 30 years of hard work make it impossible to lie comfortably in any position. Drâs are zero help these days and Iâm left to fend for myself. I was curious about Kratom, have tried it in the past but it wasnât effective. I explained this to Chris when I came in and he recommended the train wreck liquid extract and man, let me tell you, it really worked well and for only 12$ Way cheaper and faster than going to a doctors appointment only to have them give you ibuprofen. I was an opioid addict for 10 years, spent 6 years on methadone afterwards. Iâm finally off and am a still going through PAWS. Iâm well aware of the controversy surrounding Kratom but itâs enabled me to relieve my pain on the worst days without having to use illicit substances. I canât express my gratitude enough! I also like supporting local businesses and highly suggest stopping in and...
