Terrible Experience! Staff Unprofessional I took my family this past weekend on a family vacation to celebrate my Son's 10th birthday. I took my son and his siblings here for a family portrait as we have done in the past years. I walked in and spoke to a young lady who explained to me that a portrait picture was full price and If I would like to take a different picture with different background and attire, I would pay 50% for the second shoot. After discussing this with my wife we decided to get our pictures taken. They began with our children as they took several photos. When it was time for myself and my wife to take our photo, we were told by an unidentified employee, that we would have to pay full price for another photo if we wanted the service. We explained to her that we were told it would be cost half price on second photo shoot. She was not interested in hearing me out. I asked if I can please speak to someone in charge. A man came over and asked if we had a question. I began to explain to him the situation as he immediately stopped me and said there was a sign on the wall so I can read it. I once again politely began to explain to him the situation as he once again asked me to read the sign on the wall. He was very dismissive and unprofessional. I asked if he can please call the employee over so she can explain to him what offer was made to us when we walked into this stablishment. He once again asked me to read the sign on the wall. I asked if I can have his name as he responded "Zach". I told him I would write a Review and would also like the name of the staff who called him over. She immediately responded "I will not give you my name". Zach also responded "you don't need her name". I couldn't get the employee name, she had short blonde hair, tattoo on the back of her neck and arm. I paid for my children's photos and walked out very disappointed. I did not take a photo with my wife as planned. I have been here many times in the past years and have never had such bad experience. My children asked why wasn't our picture taken since they had their photo. I will take my business elsewhere and I will definitely tell my family and friends of this terrible experience. Most staff displayed a name tag, therefore I don't understand why this employee couldn't provide her name for a review. Read moreMy granddaughter, husband , and I went to the studio on July 28, 2023. We talked to the salesperson, sorry can’t remember her name , sweet and pleasant young lady. We decided what we wanted to do , the bar scene , with cowboys and dance hall girls . We picked out our costumes, went and changed into them , in the ridiculously small changing rooms . I was the first one the photographer wanted to get posed for the picture. She asked me to step up on wooden box , and get on the bar . I went to step up on the box , it slid in one direction, and I fell hard in the opposite direction. It scared our photographer, she was shaken up , and quickly came to assist me . My husband helped me up , and of course he was livid . The photographer went and got this older woman from the back . She half heartedly asked if I was alright, I said yes ,I just hurt my leg and arm . When I fell down my leg hit the corner of another wooden box , my arm hit the bar , and my whole body fell into other props , all on a hardwood floor. The older lady said no one has ever fallen , in the years they had been in business! Well I took that as I must of done something wrong, so it had to be my fault . Then she said to photographer , if the customer doesn’t want to get on the bar , don’t put them on the bar! I told her the photographer didn’t ask me if I wanted to get on the bar , and I didn’t say no I didn’t want to get up there . She kept ranting at the photographer, final I told her it wasn’t her fault . In spite of the pain I was feeling , I am 54 , I am no spring chicken, don’t bounce back after a fall like that quickly I was trying to defuse the situation , to calm my husband down , and to comfort my granddaughter, and the clearly traumatized photographer. I had a large bruise on my leg and arm , which took 2 weeks to go away. We went on to take the pictures , sorry no fault to the photographer , they weren’t that great, you can clearly see in the pic , I was still shook up from the incident. Read moreThe main reason I cant give more stars is there was a language barrier. When she explained with the 5 of us it would be a minimun purchase of $35 and showed us the packages wed get along with the alacarte, I had a hard time understanding what she was saying. That being said its kind of easy to figure out and I kind of knew what we wanted however when the pictures were done we were in a different room and again the packages were on the wall but of course not the one I wanted and she pointed out the ones we could get and also the add ons. (again mine that I seen in the first room wasnt on there) So we decided just one picture then (their loss) NOW they show you 2 different colors, one in brown tone and one in colored antique, for the antique colored one its $5 more....so I got the brown because Im cheap. When we left we seen a sign that says brown and color photos no charge so I have no idea if the colored one was free but it was anitqued for $5...again the sales pitchs werent understood well. I ended up with a good fun photo, not the color, I wanted but I still like it. You dont have to buy the pictures either. They took about 5 pictures total and only 1 looked good and it showed my shorts but its ok its a cute picture and Id do it again and...
