T-Shirt Factory — Local services in Wisconsin Dells

Today is Wednesday August 13, 2025 2:15p.m. I truly wish I didnt have to give a star to begin with! THIS STORE SHOULD BE PERMANENTLY CLOSED‼️ They lack good customer service, they’re overpriced with a terrible selection of T-shirts and other souvenirs! Normally, I don’t leave reviews but Im making time today while I travel back home to Chicago! My family and myself stopped in to get t shirts and it took me forever to find decent ones. They even had shirts that said family vacation 2024 which lets me know they don’t even upgrade their merchandise. However, I only got the items we had because I was ready to get our littles on the road and back home. But then as we proceeded to check out we experienced the nastiness of the cashier (Caucasian blonde) who I had to respectfully put in her place. Reason being is nowadays stores make the customer pay THIER card processing fee but if you use cash the fee isn’t applied and that’s totally fine. Wait, that wasn’t the issue… the issue was her distasteful behavior by way of saying to my husband and I “well you should read we have it printed on the counter” mind you our shirts that we’re about to purchase is covering this sign up. She begin to shrug her shoulders like oh well. Then says “okay well what do you want me to do”?. 😲 I said okay… she caught me at a good time in my life because God has been working on me and I literally turned to the customers behind us and politely apologized before I put her in her place and I begin to do so. Mind you we spent over $140 in this establishment and I reminded her that if it wasn’t for OUR MONEY she wouldn’t have a job! Then she snatched my money out my hand and I warned her that when she gave me my change she’d better do it the right way.

Couldn’t even check out the store. We walked in holding small cups of ice cream from nearby and were shouted at by a man at the counter to leave with the ice cream. I can imagine someone walking in with drippy cones would be an issue, but again, we were just looking with cups and spoons. They probably shouldn’t be neighbors with an ice cream shop. Thankfully, we were able to explore and shop in two other souvenir shops on the strip with our ice cream cups in hand. Just stay away...

I went to this store and decided to finally get a hoodie with my favorite sport on it. I been debating it for a while. I went there picked out my size and my design paid for it and went home...
