The entrance has always been dangerous. People walking across to get to Market Basket. We always avoided going when it was the Woburn Mall. Same with Woburn Village now too. Too many directions for cars to be coming from with all the buildings scattered. We were looking for Salad Works and couldn't find a sign. Ended up not even parking because the parking lot was a maze so we ended up going to On the Border across the street. We liked the variety of stores and restaurants that will end up there, but the parking lot seems dangerous with cars coming from every direction. Couldn't find a mall map online that even showed where Salad Works was which is where we originally wanted to eat. Don't think we will be going there very often. Couldn't even find a Salad Works sign outside. Update* Went back yesterday and finally found Salad Works in the maze of a parking lot. Salad Works entrance and sign is facing in the opposite direction and you can't see it. Their name is not on the marquee. I asked why and they said they were not allowed to have their name there. What the heck!! Also the parking lot is a total maze and whoever designed it should go into a different profession. Looks like it was designed by a 5 year old! The main entrance is an accident waiting to happen!! People walk out in front of you as soon as you enter into the main entrance. I can just imagine how it will be to snowplow that maze of a parking lot! We would like to check out the other businesses there, but we couldn't wait to get out of that crazy parking lot so we will go elsewhere. Too bad because there a lot of nice...
Read moreDecent sized Market Basket grocery store in this plaza. With bakery, deli, and some pre-prepared MB meals to choose from. But not a huge selection of pre-prepared MB meals to choose from, compared to some even larger Market Basket stores. In NH for example. Also a large TJ Maxx with a walk through into a large Home Goods store next door. Those are the only stores I visited, but there are several other stores here as well, including a DSW shoe store. Large sized newer stores with a large parking lot area and plenty of handicap parking. Very close to interstate 93 and other major roads. Market Basket was very busy at about 6-6:30 pm as expected during rush hour when I was there. Long lines but seemed to be lots of registers and cashiers available so not to terrible. Express lanes for 15 items or less, but no self checkout options. Friendly, helpful employees at both stores I visited. I would definitely use these...
Read moreThere’s a lot to like here. Tons of food options, TJ Max and Market Basket. I just wish that the traffic layout and parking was a bit better thought out. With traffic coming in from multiple avenues, there are a few inlets that form tricky and confusing intersections. The spacing and planning of the plaza also pushes near these inlets and the bordering streets. This creates dead and parking lots, which is tough when this place is busy, because making a u-turn in some of the tighter mini lots is difficult. Overall, there seems like a lot to do here, and it might be walkable in some areas, though it’s all food in those areas so, not much to walk to? But overall it seems nice. Wish I had had more time to check everything out during...
