Premier Graphics LLC — Attraction in Wyoming

I reached out to Premier Graphics on June 17th in regard to getting a new logo and design put on a work vehicle. The call was taken by Courtney. I told her I had the design and was then asked to send it all over via email. She stated she needed to see the car. I stated in the email I could check my schedule and get back to her BUT the email was never acknowledged. I mentioned on the call that I was interested in turn around times and was hoping to get the car done asap. I realize things take time but to not even respond to my email that had my entire design, vectorized logo and information is ridiculous. I drive past this shop once a week and spotted it based off the signage they have outside.

After not getting a call back, I contacted Fast Signs took the design, checked out the car and had my car done in a week!! The voicemail at Premier stated they were 3 days out for calls and such yet 23 days later I haven't heard anything back from Courtney. Clearly they had enough business and the communication lacks! 1 star based off that because I wasn't fortunate enough to be serviced or get an email...

Premier Graphics quote was very competitive but when I said I was a first-time business owner on a budget they were open to helping me stay within budget and offered a great product and service.
