Poor service. Due to a reservation mistake, we received a room for two instead of three. One of us slept very poorly on a stretcher. Of course mistakes can happen, but this wasn't what we paid for so we asked for a compensation. She only could give us her apologies and got mad when we said we weren't satisfied with this offer.
