Chúng tôi book 2 phòng cho nam-nữ ở riêng, cùng tầng trệt cho tiện qua lại Phòng đúng chuẩn villa, giường size king, máy lạnh + quạt trần rét run :))) Tủ treo quần áo âm tường, tivi, tủ lạnh, bàn ghế trong phòng full Phòng tắm có bồn + vòi hoa sen, lavabo xịn xò WC riêng biệt vs phòng tắm, lavabo riêng Còn có cả 1 khuôn viên cho gian bếp mini + phòng ăn ngay cạnh khuôn viên nhà tắm. Riêng diện tích kết hợp phòng ăn + nhà tắm + WC đủ to bằng 1 căn phòng trên phố rồi. Villa ko có dịch vụ giặt là, William có giới thiệu chỗ giặt là bên ngoài, nhưng tụi tui giặt luôn trong phòng (chỉ muốn giặt sơ cho quần áo khỏi hôi vì cả ngày di chuyển nhiều mồ hôi), và sử dụng khuôn viên này để phơi quần áo. Ngoài sân là khu vực để xe máy, xe đạp, có cây xoài trĩu quả. Dĩ nhiên William cho phép chúng tôi được hái. Vị trí villa cách trung tâm ko quá xa, chúng tôi có thể đi bộ đc ra Night Market hoặc Pup Street (kiểu na ná Phố Tây Bùi Viện ờ Sài Gòn) Tóm lại, chúng tôi vote 5***** cho villa này, và recommend cho các bạn tận hưởng chuyến đi Siêm Riệp tại nơi nghỉ này.

Have a lovely, huge room with fridge, built-in wardrobes, desk, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. Large private balcony too.Very efficient air conditioning plus a ceiling fan so room is always cool. Also large shared terrace for guests with furniture.

Классная гостиница, местоположение супер - несколько минут пешком до Old market, Night market, Pub street. Видеонаблюдение в круг, все входы и выходы на замке, включение света с датчиками движения, холодная и горячая вода, холодильник в номере, кондиционер, вентиляторы, wi-fi, всё по уму. Очень понравилось и в гостинице, и в Камбодже. То что в Камбодже очень дёшево - не заметил. Все кафе и забегаловки в центре - всё в валюте. При этом рядом с гостиницей есть классное кафе (ресторан по местным меркам) Best Mom Restaurant - все свежее и очень вкусное, даже для детей. Рекомендую и гостиницу, и хозяина (француз: общительный, приятный, угостил манго из своих деревьев, только манго у него были не спелые, видимо не сезон). В целом всё очень понравилось. Рекомендую.

Классная гостиница, местоположение супер - несколько минут пешком до Old market, Night market, Pub street. Видеонаблюдение в круг, все входы и выходы на замке, включение света с датчиками движения, холодная и горячая вода, холодильник в номере, кондиционер, вентиляторы, wi-fi, всё по уму. Очень понравилось и в гостинице, и в Камбодже. То что в Камбодже очень дёшево - не заметил. Все кафе и забегаловки в центре - всё в валюте. При этом рядом с гостиницей есть классное кафе (ресторан по местным меркам) Best Mom Restaurant - все свежее и очень вкусное, даже для детей. We highly recommended this Villa. The Owner, William is very accommodating and kind. He even, insisted on upgrading our room from the twin bed to the King Bed with a bath tub and private balcony.

He also advised us where to go and the price of the goods or entrance to avoid being scammed in Cambodia.

It's only a 10 min walk from Vireak Buntham bus station in Siem Reap. 12 min walk to Pub Street.

The place is so peaceful with strict security!

The price is too cheap, he is even offering a cheaper price if you stays for...
