A great place to stay near the falls! We were in a comfortable walking distance to everything on the north side of the falls area, with just enough distance to be staying in a quiet part of the nearby neighborhood without much fuss, traffic, or other people. Self check-in made it easy for us to get to sleep after a long day of travel, and the house felt secure and safe without being a pain to get into or out of. Kevin obviously takes great care of the entire house, with noticeably clean carpets, tables always arranged perfectly, and professional presentation of extras in the rooms. We arrived to two water bottles and just enough towels for the both of us. Some basic shampoo/conditioner and body wash held us over for the first night when unpacking was an exhausting prospect. Breakfast is simple and well done, the rotation includes omelets, eggs/hashbrown/ham, and spinach and sausage. There is always yogurt, granola, and fruit. We had toast available every morning. There is a coffee maker and small fridge available for use, so even if you are up and running before breakfast starts at 9am, you can get a cup of coffee going.
All around, a cute place for a reasonable price in a...
Read moreI found this BnB through bookings.com. Very close to border, falls, casinos and midway. A 5 to 10 min walk and you find yourself with plenty to do. We ended checking in and walking to midway which had tons of your typical tourist attractions. Mini golf, bowling, Ripley, wax museums, Lazer games, skywheel and restaurants. The owners of the BnB contract you through text so it was easy to get info or details on your arrival. You get in house via keypad code. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. We loved the bottled waters and antibacterial lotion right in the table in our room. Nice walk in shower and our own private bathroom was nice. The house has 3 rooms but we didn't hear any noise from other guests even with all 3 rooms occupied. Breakfast was not being served at this time but we felt we got great value for our money. The owners allowed us to keep our car in the drive until 3pm so we had time walk around town. This saved us 15 to 25 dollars in parking fees. My wife and I both HIGHLY recommend this Bed...
Read moreA place like this is precisely why I always look first for a B&B whenever I travel.||My room and bed were totally comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and filling all four mornings. I'm not a coffee drinker, but there was always a big pitcher of orange juice. I never met Anna, but did meet Kevin, and he was always friendly and helpful. Internet service was excellent.||Perhaps the best thing besides the house itself was its proximity to the heart of Niagara Fall. There is plenty of parking space in the back if you drive, but I walked everywhere. In fact, that proximity was a big reason I chose it -- close enough to everything that I didn't have to rent a car. The Green Line WeGo bus service is a couple blocks away alongside the river; the Blue Line is a couple bocks away toward the main part of town.||Should I be fortunate enough to return (and I do want to return), I will definitely...
