Cheerful residence — Local services in Niagara Falls

I can understand the negative reactions here, BUT... this is not a luxury hotel. It is a nice little family home where you can feel very comfortable. There are pictures of the family everywhere and you feel like you are staying with friends. It's not all super modern and great, but the beds are neat (we slept very well), the bathroom is more than adequate, everything is very clean, and you can use the kitchen and refrigerator. The house has a small porch where we sat in the evening and had our dinner. There is free parking right next to the house, which is very valuable in Niagara Falls, as parking spaces there cost a fortune. And you can walk to the falls (about 20 minutes). Questions to the owners were answered by email within a few minutes. And they were very friendly and accommodating. The Deluxe Loft (the name is to be taken with a grain of salt) had a small but neat bathroom. The bed wasn't huge, but it was big enough for both of us, and now there's also air conditioning and a private refrigerator. However, the stairs up there are very steep and not easy for everyone to climb. But we loved it and felt very comfortable. In our opinion, the price-performance ratio...

Great for the price! Clean! Good that there is a kitchen and dining room. Had also common living room with big TV and Netflix. Perfect walking distance down to the river, nice walk along the river to the falls. Remember this is a budget accommodation. But it has what you need: clean bed and clean facilities. Room on third floor not recommended for those who find it hard to walk to walk and climb stairs. And for not suitcases. The stair is steep narrow and difficult...

Ik ben niet snel negatief maar dit slaat toch echt alles. Geloof niet wat de reacties zeggen. Als je binnenkomt gaat er een felle lamp aan met daarbij een camera om je maar op je gemak te voelen…….

Je stapt bij iemand in huis die er zelf niet is. Familie foto’s alles staat er. We hadden een zogenaamde upgrade gehad. Het was geen upgrade. Onze kamer was gewoon niet schoongemaakt en de plek die we kregen was het geld niet waard.

De bbq plek die ze aangeven is een trieste achtertuin waar je niet wilt zitten. Eigenlijk wil je niet eens in die buurt zijn. Voor ons kwam het over als een niet veilige plek.

We kwamen overeen met een annulering maar ze weigert het hele bedrag over te maken want zegt zij, ik heb zo ook mijn kosten.

Wij zijn eerst naar een motel8 gegaan en die was zelfs netter dan haar huis. De dag erna naar het centrum verhuisd naar het net verbouwde Vittoria hotel en dat was geweldig. En ook nog voor hetzelfde geld.

Bespaar je een nare ervaring in de Niagra Falls en ga niet...
