This is the first time I can say that I visited a noodle house which blew my expectations. I wasn’t expecting to eat some of the best fried tofu in my life at this place. I wasn’t expecting to get some of the best noodles I’ve ever had in my life at this place. Looking at this place, overall the location is very quaint. It’s a nice little place. Seating is a bit small and I was worried about the amount of people who are visiting this place, but I was lucky enough to get a seat right away as we walked in, and the service was very quick and fast. Overall the options of getting the dumplings, the tofu and noodles was the best decision I ever made. The tofu is by far the best I’ve ever had the quality the way they designed it and prepared it the combination was amazing. Then going onto noodles they were so good spice was right. The combination of those are right and also having the soy milk with it. It was just so amazing. It was the right amount of heat in those noodles and the price point was really really good I believe like for the quality you’re getting you are paying probably lower dollar amount than you should be. Overall, I definitely will be coming back here again when I’m in the area just to try the different types of nails they have with the different combinations and also to get that tofu and because my God I’ve never ever had anything quite like it. Oh, and also the shredded chicken was amazing like good job to the chef who created these combinations.

Chengdu Noodles is an absolute gem in the Niagara region! This cozy spot offers some of the most delicious and authentic dishes you’ll find around here. The menu may be small, but it’s clear that they focus on authenticity and quality with every dish. Plus, their wide variety of vegan options is a huge bonus. The food is not only incredibly tasty but also very well-priced, with perfect portion sizes. I tried the braised beef noodles, pork dumplings with house sauce, and fried beef dumplings—the meat was tender, the spice level was spot-on, and for just $28 after tax, you simply won’t find a better deal. My partner sampled some of their vegan dishes, including the vegan special noodles, deep-fried tofu, and fried vegan dumplings. By substituting the sauce for their house sauce, everything remained vegan-friendly. Her meal came to just $22 after tax, which is a steal for the quality and quantity. Overall, Chengdu Noodles has quickly become one of our favorite restaurants in the Niagara region, and we’ll definitely be back!

The best noodles in the Niagara region are back! I used to love their spot in St Catharines, and I was sad when they had to close due to rent. I am happy to say they are even better now. I took the whole family and they all loved it. My son had the thick noodles with pork ribs and ate the whole bowl. My wife had the braised beef and I had the spicy ground pork noodles. All were out of this world. My young daughter had the dumpling soup. She loved the broth but found the filling of the dumpling too "spiced". I could taste what she meant, but for me the flavour was excellent. We probably should have got her the chicken noodle soup The service was lightning quick and friendly. The prices were fantastic. The new location is cute and convenient. We can't wait to come back!!

Update 08/28: this place unfortunately did not change. This is the second time an uber eats order was cancelled with zero explanation. And they gaslight you if you tell them it is showing and accepting orders on Uber eats.

Update: I am lowering my rating of this restaurant because of my concerning experience on 05/31/25. On uber eats I was able to place an order and it was expected to be ready by 2:01 pm. When I got here, I see the order was cancelled. I politely went in and asked the owner about the Uber eats order and why it was cancelled, she rudely informed me they didn't turn on uber eats today and it's not possible even though I showed her the order. What made it worse is that she didn't even bother to ask me if I'd like to place the order there either and not even an apology was made. Uber eats informed me that as per their system, the order was cancelled by the restaurant. When I asked her if I can order there, she asked if I want to order take out. When I said yes, she looked at the kitchen and was quite displeased when I was placing the order. She seemed to lighten up at the end but was still quite pissed and impolite. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day but this was such an unpleasant interaction that my previous experience was completely tarnished by the treatment I received today.

Old review: Pleasantly surprised by the authenticity and flavour of the dishes I tried. Glad to have this option in Niagara Falls. Will try more dishes and...

It's amazing to learn there are authentic delish Chinese food being served in the Niagara Falls region.

I really like the parking area as it's easy to find free parking. It's a cute little house with 6-7 tables that you can sit 2 or 4 people. I can't wait to come back again to dine outside in the patio chairs and tables, it's a cool little outdoor backyard area.

Nice inviting simple interior with a nice garden flower backdrop for photos.

It's a mama papa restaurant so please be patient and be understanding.

The owner was courteous, and refill our iced water.

The menu is simple yet offer good Chinese food, great portion and most importantly, unbeatable price, most are priced super good price offering good value.

Deep fried tofu at $5.99 CDN + tax, very crispy, nice and hot and flavourful with the chopped green onions.

Dan Dan Noodles at $7.99 CDN + tax, great portion, would prefer more ground pork but I understand at $7.99, they serve what they can to balance the budget. The jewel of this dish is the noodles, nice and chewy, al dente style and not soggy. The chili oil and peanut butter sauce brings the heat to the dish.

Next time, I would like to try the pork braised soup noodles and chili oil dumplings.

Highly recommend this place.

They also offer vegan...
