Amritsari Restaurant ( Tiffin Service ) — Restaurant in Niagara Falls

Most of these high rated reviews are likely fake. The cook and potentially the owner was super rude and consistently lie about the order being prepared. We have his call recorded and will publish(share) with consumer bureau. He stated that he will cancel our order with skip the dishes which he never did due to his own mistake and kept saying lie about the status of the food being ready for pickup. Other customers also witnessed. He delayed 3 times within an hour. My wife was stuck with our 2 year old and this guy did not even care.

I’m not impressed with the food portion size for bread as well as food quality. . Not recommended for public health reasons. Huge blunders found in the menu which needs to be rectified. Breads need to be well cooked . Restaurant Ambience is not appealing , looks like a part time convenience store and then a restaurant. Unnecessary materials like vacuum cleaners should be eliminated from the restaurant dining areas . Please work on the food quality as well as service for a better future even if the restaurant is running for a long time . Thank you very much . I had tiffin from them for one month. The experience was so good. On time delivery, Yummie homely food which reminds home. well cooked, well maintained cleanliness, good packing. Ordered for one person but the quantity was for two. The service was also remarkable. I really appreciate them.
