this place is horrible. i tried calling them, and they wouldnt even go and check to see if they have a specific item on the shelf. i asked if they were talking on a cordless phone, they said yes, and i asked well can you please check to see if you have the item im looking for? and he repeated time and time again (3x-4x) "no i will not check. you have to come into the store and see for youself" .... i even tried to explain that im calling around because im on foot, i cant just go everywhere im looking into, thats why im calling. he said he didnt care, he will not check. I HAVE TO COME AND SEE IN STORE. i really dont know why they do business this way, but that isnt how things are done in the 21 century... that isnt even how things are done in the 20th century. they lost atleast 1 customer from me (myself) ... and whoever else doesnt want to put up with that crap. it doesnt make any sense to me. they sit there all day long, and when someone calls to find out if they have something, they refuse to help that potential customer out. the only thing that makes sense to me, is theyre trying to con the way into a sale some how. either way, i wont be stopping by that store. its upto you if you want to deal with whatever shenanigans theyre trying to employ in their...

Me and my wife went to you guys last night said you can fix her issue. Turns out , you guys broke her phone, the back of her phone is not able to come off and shouldn't and it fell off , we also asked you numerous times to not delete any pictures or important stuff as you said , you would just try to update software , you wiped her phone clean right back to a factory reset(default) had to buy a new phone wich cost her more money in the long run lost massive Memorial pictures and court documents that was very important stuff, the man that runs the shop is very rude always hangs up on you when you're trying to talk to him doesn't want to help while you try to explain the issue , just says 'yea yea no no .. " and will talk over you and try to tell you that the issue your trying to explain isn't the issue , all ended up costing her a new phone and breaking her...
