The location is really convenient, right on the way to the Waterfalls, however there are some issues. Before the issues, the gift shop should be mentioned. It spacious and nice. Now the food court. Burgers were fine unlike the onion rings and the fries. The latter were overcooked and overfried. Total waste of money on those 2 positions. The color was so dark as if they never change the oil in the frying pan. Pizza was so salty that you couldn’t eat it at all. While criticising these two option I should mention that chili soup was good. The service is limping behind the service in Canada, there was only one lady willing to help and assist, dedicated to the job she does. Summarising the information above, you can try burgers and soup, but don’t waste your money on pizza, fries and rings there. I doubt that it’s something that can’t be changed if the motivation is at a decent level. Another disappointing factor was the bill. It was for 156$ CAD. And half of the food went to waste. So 2 stars for food, 2 stars for one working and dedicated lady and 2 stars for the atmosphere, dispirited by the check. The brand requires more quality reviews and some...

At all the stations where you order food, there's a sign that reads $2 off any food item with the purchase of a beer or hard seltzer.
When you order they instruct you to take your receipt to the drink counter to pay and correct your drink.
The beer I wanted was posted on a sign reading "only $10.99" with no other stipulations. The cashier insisted that this was the price with the discount and the discount is not actually on a food item as advertised. I asked her what I would've paid for the drink if I hadn't ordered food and she tells me "$14".
I asked her if she felt the sign might be misleading since it doesn't say anything about the original from price. Also that made for a $3 discount and I had to gently ask if she was sure because none of this interaction had made any sense. She just shrugged at me.
TLDR: the drink prices posted are the prices only if you order food. Otherwise you'll pay more than what's listed.

Read moreWell well well.....we stayed over whilst visiting the Niagara Falls during the tour. Our tour operator brought us here. We had a maple syrup tasting session and bought one for us and then we went to the restaurant where we ordered veg paninis and a portion of fries. My my.....the fries were out of the world which when we started in the bus only stopped when there was none left. The paninis were eaten after the Niagara Falls boat trip and even though they were cold the taste and freshness blew us over. Hopefully next time we will have more time and taste more food at the restaurant but when you are the part of the tour you are at the merciful hands of the driver who keep threatening you politely to stick with the 20 minutes break time. Enjoy the food and have photographs. The staff went above and beyond. Buy yourself a bottle of maple syrup as well and also taste the...
