Clean restaurant on the top floor of the DoibleTree hotel. If one’s room or Hilton status includes breakfast, it is served here. We had two nights at this hotel and ate dinner both nights for convenience and the view. All was well except the club sandwich we ordered the second night had black burnt toast on the bottom and in the middle. I picked at only the non-burnt parts, but did not complain as the pasta and chicken breast dishes were good; and it would’ve been hard to communicate my displeasure without implying that I wasn’t too unhappy but they really should not serve burnt toast. Lunch was also impressive. The ceviche stood out as my personal favorite — super fresh and flavorful. Service during this time was just as excellent.
Breakfast was good in terms of freshness, but the options felt a bit limited over time. One negative experience I had was with the chef at the egg station. When I asked for six eggs for my group, he became noticeably impatient and aggressive in Spanish. It may have been a language barrier, but the interaction felt unnecessarily rude. That said, the rest of the staff were welcoming and helpful — it was only that one individual who left a bad impression.
Overall, a solid dining experience with great variety and friendly service throughout the day.

La cena fue lo mejor: disfruté mucho los platos de carne, y el servicio fue profesional y atento. La experiencia en general fue excelente, con un buen ambiente y platos bien presentados.
El almuerzo también fue muy bueno. El ceviche fue mi favorito personal — muy fresco y lleno de sabor. El servicio en este horario también fue excelente.
El desayuno fue bueno en cuanto a frescura, pero las opciones eran un poco limitadas y se volvía repetitivo con el tiempo. Tuve una experiencia negativa con el chef de la estación de huevos. Cuando le pedí seis huevos para mi grupo, se mostró visiblemente impaciente y agresivo en español. Puede que haya sido una barrera de idioma, pero la interacción se sintió innecesariamente grosera. Aun así, el resto del personal fue amable y servicial — solo fue ese individuo quien dejó una mala impresión.
