Catae Restaurant — Restaurant in Vitacura

In few words great food with excelent service. Is true this restaurant doesn't have great views but food is so good that doesn't matters. Located in floor -1 of the hotel you feel great since your entrance. With a good wine menu and food you won't regret. As starter we had the salmon and was very nice. As main course I try the fish dish and my husband the meat one both with sidedish of mix of cooked vegetables and for dessert I have the one of chocolate and my husband the cheescake I definetly want more dessert and food also they adjust to some changes as he wasn't able to eat the fruit sauce for the cheescake and they change it for a chocolate sauce without any problem. The restaurant is modern and beautiful but the service and the food it leaves much to be desired. The service it’s very slow, we had to wave our hands multiple times in order to be attended and had waited almost 45 mins to order our food. Recién fui a este restaurante con amigas ( no por primera ves, pero hace rato que no venía y veo que hay muchas cambios malos ). cuento corto : 1) Cocina : ensalada de atún viene sin aliño , te ofrecen aceite de oliva y jugo de limón aparte , pero de la ensalada del restaurante de 15 mill puede ser algo más interesante que “solo cortar las lechugas”. Tiradito de atún estuvo un poco seco y viene solo con la salva picante ( y mi amiga por ejemplo no le gusta las cosas muy picante ) y no tenia otros opciones de la salsa. 2) servicio: me tiraron la agua caliente en mis rodias , fui doloroso. En los restaurantes buenos ofrecen el postre por ejemplo, para sus clientes “complemento” , aquí nada. Ademas en final de la cena nos pedimos la opinión de pagar con tarjetas separadas , pero nos comentaron que no es posible dividir la cuenta. y solo en pa día siguiente nosotros entendimos porque: se agregaron en la cuenta 1 ensalada adicional !!!! y claro que si vamos a pagar separado se nota al tiro.
