KG Garden Guest House — Hotel in Hong Kong

the location of the hotel is so great, near from MTR Tsim TSa Tsui, and suttle bus, we staying 5 nights there and the staff smile to us when we meet but not sincare, we arrived at hotel in midnight around 3/2am the place is creepy and there is lift but not working for our hotel so we must go to 4th first than down to 3th floor with big luggage. No staff in hotel but they have phone in front of the door, after we called staff will come to us for check-in by manual. We had a mistake booking the hotel than we must go the other day for check in or pay HKD480 for one night. But staff hotel so helpfull and give us early check in for us, she advice us for staying at MCdonals for a moment. Staff speak english very well.
