mira inn — Hotel in Hong Kong

very surprised and embarrassed to see the reply shared by Agoda for Hotel Managemnet where i was tortured and i rated zero even i didn't stay at Mira Inn (Dec 22-23, 2023)because this stupid and rude owner of hotel not allowed to step Inn for accessing to his so called Mira Inn. I shared my reviewed with zero stars how can be possible to given very good by Agoda? I shared additional 20 points covered to guide and advise general innocent public to keep away this So called Mira Inn Hotel Hong Kong.

Instead of publishing my reviews at their page Agoda sharing the response of owner which should not be policy,

But I will exposed at every forum this so called Mira Inn Hongkong because of following

1. Mira Inn intentially atteact through Agoda a very cheap rate to attract innocent people.
2. when we book the hotel and comparing the market feel happy to book but story starts here
3. when we arrived at building a rude person from.inside intercom have you bring HKD3000.
4. The person like me who travelled 30 countries becomes shocked that I paid Agoda already amountbthtough credit card and now a person again asking 3000HKD.
5. I requested him to show the room where I have to stay then we can discuss about 3000HKD
6. Now Owner of Mira Inn changed the channel of his body language, attitude, Misbehave etc
7. He asked me I can even not allowed step in to see this property before depositing 3000HKD.
8. Then in insulted way he showed me the terms of 3000 HKD which I couldn't saw by the way because it was unique terms of building / property and like hidden while booking Agoda also not highlighted.
9. I requested him why your required this 3000HKD because when we will used this how much money withdraw from ATM etc huge charges and international transactions etc by bank.
10. This was was the fact against 3000HKD I need to pay my Bank 300HKD I can proof it as per Bank charges and taxes etc 11)I tried to convince him that you can keep my passport or can security key 🔑 deposit like other hotels 100 or 200HKD
11. Now he change to anger mode and more loudly telling about the rules to follow by the guests etc .
12. He now mentally becoming more and more angry and arguing without listening anything.
13. Then suddenly ask me how much price you booked the Mira Inn room I reply him you can check the rate at Agoda.
14. when I showed him the price which was around 4.60USD. He laughed and more insulted me. And said don't you know this Mira Inn Hotel worth?
15. I replied I don't know sir he said thus has 16M dollars property and you booked @4.60 dollar. How dare you are again and again he was repeating the words that I will not allow to step on my property.
16. when I asked my booking amount he begin to more insulting that this price is the Bottle of water at hongkong and nothing more.
17. There was another hotel nearby the Mira Inn whose staff was there he asked that lady have you the room for this person as he has not anybworth to stay at Mira Inn.
18. The owner was looking not mentally sick and repeating his views that you book my hotel the you need to follow my policy/ rules , my property is million of dollars, I will not even step in you and I will not show the room etc etc etc.
19. Next another surprised when I insisted that he said that I will call to police if you will say to me any thing.
20. he harassed me , and mentally tortured me finally I asked if I bring 3000HKD and hand over you what is guarantee of the person like you ? Who is just insulting and torturing me? Agoda is Guarantor?
21. Because the behaviour and the attitude and the mental level this Person of Mira Inn I have doubts he will refund all money back.
22. All the other hotels know his reputation except Agoda.
23. He collect the smaller amounts through Agoda and when Some one arrived his building he tortured and abused etc
24. May be some rich persons afford to hand over HKD3000 but the person like me and other who are solo traveller can't trust and efford to do that like this person

This refers to my recent visit at beautiful Hongkong during Christmas Holidays. I also got opportunity to visit various famous places at Hongkong.||||Unfortunately I faced some serious and terrible issues after booking Mira Inn Hotel through Agoda.||||Various facts were highlighted through my submitted complaints to Agoda etc to save the public/ innocent tourists from this super rude owner of Mira Inn Hotel. But Agoda seemed helpless due to their mutual business concern.||||Therefore I attach herewith avoidances/ proofs to take some serious action against Mira Inn hotel to save tourists. Because I want others should not face this horrible/ terrible situation like me.||||Mira Inn attracts through cheaper booking rate with unusual property condition which not exists even couldn't found Hongkong even across globe while travelling during my last 25 years. When we arrive property it is compulsion to deposit HKD 3000 to 6000HKD and story starts. Upon argument owner/ staff become super rude and mentally tortured to us or tourists. Because I was not even allowed to see the room which has rent around USD 5 but being asked to deposit HKD 3000 to 6000 bring property special condition|| But it can be easily understood that withdrawal of currency from ATMs international charges etc cost does matter which means cost of room becomes double. ||But most importantly the attitude, behaviour and threatened interaction by staff/ owner of Mira Inn doesn't allow or give courage to hand over thus much money. Because who will guarantee to take back?||||I lodged my complaint same day as on 22/12/23 at Customer care Agoda Hongkong to take action against Mira Inn but remain unsuccessful. I lost not only my money but faced mentally tortured by owner/ staff of Mira Inn. He seemed mentally sick or mental that keep repeating that his property has worth million of HKD so how can someone checking and see room without security deposit and book at cheap price.||Mira Inn grabbing money through this way and when someone arrive and face horrible situation he ran away and left the booking and money etc.||This is the so much criminal etc. Owner/ Staff abused openly and loudly and all people around thus hotel knows his attitude but no action.||So much so he threatened to call police for leaving his hotel without checking out etc|||| Many peoples have shared same at Google trip.com etc. But no action which is surprised for me as for as Hong-Kong rules etc.||||In view of the above it is requested that please review the complaints of tourists including me and take action this Mira Inn Hotel whose management is not only mentally tortured to people while checking in but disreputing the Hongkong.||||Any further proofs/ evidences may also be provided. Many other hotels at same building can be interrogation etc to conclude the action by Hongkong Government etc. I have lodged complaint at many forums as well as Tourist board Hongkong but response yet very slow because at many websites still Mira Hotel Booking open and being overrated by Agoda particularly. Which is quite surprising.||I again hereby warn to innocent tourists please 🙏 don't try this hotel otherwise they will destroy their entire tour after teaching and meeting owner/ staff of this Mira Inn...

As a first timer in HK, this hotel has the perfect location. Literally few steps from tsim sha tsui and east tsim sha tsui MTR station. There's a 7 eleven and starbucks outside the building. Across were mcdo (24 hours) and jollibee. Chungking mansion (pacific) that has a very competitive peso-hkd exchange rates was few steps away as well. I-square shopping and other shopping malls were just outside the building. And if you were to book express train to TST, their shuttle bus would drop you to Holiday Inn Golden mile which is few steps away. ||So if your itinerary would mean whole day outside hotel (disneyland, ocean park, the peak), this value for money inn is a must.||Pros. Perfect location. Neat and clean. Has microwave, ref, water dispenser, heater, blower. Comfy bed. Strong wifi.||Cons. Tiny rooms (even bathrooms). Elevator gets crowded at times. Staff available only after 11:30 AM onwards. You can not leave your luggage if you arrive...
